Hmm... DragonBall Z has a good dubbed version. I think they sound a little better in english in its case.

Other than that, almost all anime are better subbed. The dubs are mostly bad and they use the same voice actors way to often. At least in Japan they don't use the same voice actors as repetitively. They use the same ones, but not as often. That's the advantage to learning Japanese. You don't need subs and it looks good for college and on a resume.

They do, you just don't notice it.

Yeah, One Piece, the manga at least, has tons of blood and its really good. The dubbed anime is made for 10 year olds with no taste.

I mostly prefer Dub. I like understanding what they are saying without reading subs. ^_^

While Submarienes are awesome, Dubmarienes are user friendly, so I pick dubs.

I'd have to go with subbed... Most animes sound horrible with dubbed voices, except a couple. I don't think Death Note souns too bad with dubbed voices.

I've found the English dubs for most of the stuff I've watched pretty satisfactory. Which is good, since I can't stand how the Japanese language sounds, especially when used by overexcited voice actors.

It's wierd. I can only agree with you if I hear the English dub first. Because the English sounds odd if I've adapted to watching it in Japanese.

If its a well done dub, I'd vote that. But if you can tell that the words don't fit the mouth enough that it distracts from the story, I'd have to say Sub.

sub, dubs (most of them) sound horribly wrong. Though I don't like DBZ I still think they are one of the few that have decent dubs.
