    Are you running a DELL? If so then you don't need to worry about the OS disc, if it was made in the last few years it should have a reboot partition that you can use.

    Yeah, that aside, it's pretty hard to remove everything just by using software. You really need to get your hands on a OS disc if you want to be 100% certain.

    And next time, download the program with the key in a text document or something. Downloading Keygens on their own is never smart.

    Both my hp computers have. It's F11 while booting.

    All I have to say, is that you better make sure you get that kind of stuff from a reliable source next time. You must've got a crapload of viruses from wherever you went if ZoneAlarm can't even get rid of it.

    Most of the time that's true, but I have downloaded a completely clean keygen.
