I named him Yoshi, how original huh? I was going to name him Rocky since I was watching the Rocky Series but I decided not to.

I really didn't want to change Yoshi's name because it just didn't feel right. Also, I must say that that Yoshi that you get has quite a bit of "spunk." He was pretty darn cool, and he had a nice personality. If I play through this video game again, his name will still remain as "Yoshi."

It would be pretty cool if the Yoshi changed colors depending on the time of your quest, but it doesn't really matter. It wasn't a huge factor, and having the "original Yoshi color" did not disapoint me. Still, having a black Yoshi would be pretty sweet. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers.

If it's not the color you want, reset and try again. It's what I did to get green...I think the color you get depends on how long you wait.

Yeah, doesn't seem too creative, but I couldn't think of anything at the time. On all of my recent play throughs of the game, though, I just kept his name as Yoshi.
