    Details:

    Name: Dragon Fantasy Crystal Quest

    Platform: PS3

    Plotline: It is the year 275 A.R. in the mystical fantasy land of Gaugaul. A 19 year old boy named Perechn works as a lowly farmer in a village town when one day, the town is attacked by dark forces. Perechn must travel over the mystical lands fighting goblins, unicorns and giant spiders as these dark forces invade the world, until he learns that a dark wizard called the crystal king is at the helm of the invasion.

    Soon, he meets a talking dragon and they continue to fight the forces and tavel the lands, meeting new freinds, including rebel tomboy teenage princess Terdus and grumpy dark wizard Markken, who just so happens to be the son of the crystal king. They set out to stop the dark forces and find that a darker, more vicious being is controlling him. OMG TEH PLOT TWIST. There is also a very "Powerful" scene between him and Markken at this time.

    Perechn becomes a mighty warrior, and with the help of his companions, slays the evil beast demon that controls the Crystal King.

    The game features 30 different towns and approxamately 500 sqare miles of game world. There are 5000 different pieces of equipment and a complex levelling up system. Apon completition, the game is expected to durate at 200 hours.

    Fantasy Dragon Crystal Quest is expected to hit the shelves in late 2007 and 15 sequels are already in the works.

    More info: The Dragon dies as a sacrifice to save the party at one point in the game.

    Margof: A Mercenary Assassin that was sent to kill the main character, but was defeated and later joined him

    Dearin: An old grumpy dwarf who is coaxed into adventure by memories of other adventures he had when he was younger

    Tinewa: A mystical, shadowy, magician woman

    actually a dbz-looking finalfantasy would be really cool..

    Just a hint - it's not a good idea to mention FF in front of Lord Jimmy. It leads to hilarious consequences.

    But that looks pretty awesome.

    Are these gonna be like hamlet towns, and it'll be like with Windwaker when they claimed to have over 100 different islands, but in reality most were tiny and only had a piece of heart, or something?, or mega-huge city towns. That you can spend hours exploring.

    Either way, this looks like a very good reason to buy a PS3,
