It is difficult to imagine how Banjo could work on the 360, with the totally different control and graphics which is why it suprises me that Rare are making this game. It obviously wouldn't work too well with the Wiimote either. I would still like to play this game but it wouldn't be worth getting the 360 for the handful of good games it has.

If it was on the Wii, it would probally use that, shell controller or whatever it's called. Unless Nintendo did some cool controls for it on the controller.

    1. The Classic controller is a PS2 one, and would be worse than the 360's, as it atleast has enough buttons. (Because you need 4 buttons to replace the C-Buttons' uses, and GCN and Wii only have 3 extra ones, not to meantion the Wii's Analog Stick is in the wrong place.)

The only difference is clickable Sticks, which means there is room for new moves.

    2. Rare owns Banjo. Microsoft owns Rare.

    3. Kameo, Perfect Dark 0, Oblivion, Viva Pinata and now this. People don't mind getting a Wii at launch for Spongebob and Barnyard, though. :ike:

Rare's site now has a High Defintion Trailer on the site.

Again, Banjo has still been appearing on Nintendo's handhelds, such as Banjo-Pilot and Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge.

Microsoft doesn't mind Rare supporting Nintendo's Handhelds, as they aren't in competition with Nintendo when it comes to Handhelds.

However, as they have a system of their own, and System Sellers such as this one (Bulerias of TBT is getting a 360 just for B-3) aren't going to be on a competiter's system, even if they did allow it.

Then maybe it could be for the DS. Someone's probably going to say why it wouldn't work though.

System Seller on the 360 or half baked Portable installment like Grunty's Revenge.

    Take your pick.

Well if they could just convert the XBox game onto on the DS, it could be fine. But I hate XBox and don't really wanna just buy one for that. So it'd be worth it IMO.

Bulerias buys 360 for B-3, Microsoft wins, and it's a main console game of the generation. Banjo on the handheld... Microsoft doesn't get any more customers. It makes sence on a buisness level, and on a bacic logic on how the market works (Console title over watered down portable title), plus it seems to have paid off graphicly.

who, exactly is getting a Wii at launch for Spongebob? >_<

Definitly, Zelda Twilight Princess would be the major reason to be buying a Wii at launch.

2 other games that come to mind are Rayman and Madden. (mp3 should be on that list...if not for the delay)

Microsoft sucks. Banjo-Threeie should be on the Wii. Or at least a GCN game, if the controller was an issue.

It's completly unfair, as LJ said, to release the first two console hits on one company's system, and then finish/continue the series on another.

I doubt Xbox fans will even appreciate the title half as much as Nintendo Fans would.

It'll be on the Gamecube without Tiring controlls two weeks after the Wii version. (Wii version first because they know which would make more money per sale, as a Wii would be part of the sale. What a *censored* mean buisness move, huh?)

Well if Nintendo wanted Banjo-Kazooie they shouldn't have sold Rare for huge profit. Blame Nintendo. And while you're at it, blame Nintendo for *censored* up the series Rare had put their touch on (DK went from peacefull slacker to homicidle retard in only a few games!)

I, for one, would rather play the new Zelda on the Wii. I suppose it is a mean business from your standpoint, but from mine, I don't care.

And, I don't really care much about DK either. My favorite game with him would have to be DK 64. So yeah, I'm disappointed they didn't continue making games like that for DK.

Thanks, but for some reason, Youtube now works for me.

Anyways, the trailer gets 3/5 from me.

Now, I think I better see some reviews here before I buy a Xbox 360 just for B-3 and the NHL series.

You should probably take a look at the high definition version.

    It looks even better.
