Well just as long as we don't carry Kazooie around as if she was a machine gun like he held her in the trailer. |

2 good reasons it should be on the Wii rather than the 360: 1. It won't sell well. Not because of the target audiences of the two consoles, but because of where the original fanbase of BK resides. All these wankers who brought a 360 because they want to be grown up and mature will turn their noses up at this. 2. It's not fair. I'm a loyal fan that even plays the orginals from time to time. These guys are a bunch of corporates who want to make money. Why do a bunch of 9 year olds who play games full of blood and gore to make themselves feel mature get this game and I don't? Same with the originals and the VC. I can swear Nintendo owns some sort of publishing right, considering they helped development and it was made for their console. Did you know M$ had a fierce legal battle to get the rights to Donkey Kong and Starfox? They decided that because they now owned a company that made at least one game from a fanchise, they owned that franchise. If they won, M$ would have the rights to Star Fox 64, which was solely funded and developed over a year by nintendo. M$ would have the rights to sell that online, despite playing no role in making it. |

I guess they lost, seeing as DK was raping babys in DKJB instead of hanging with Diddy Kong in DK on the 360 as Rare would have had it. |

To Donkey Kong? I don't think so......Donkey Kong was created by Nintendo themselves......they might have attempted to get the rights to Diddy Kong, and all of the other Rare apes, but I don't think they would even try to get Donkey Kong himself, they would have no case, and would fail terribly......Same with Starfox......they where both created by Nintendo. RARE simply added on one game to the Star Fox series....... *Looking Up* |

I'd say they atleast deserve the citizens of Sauria. They wouldn't even be Nintendo's property had Nintendo hadn't made Rare put Fox in it. |

Well, no. They where made by RARE for Nintendo, as was most of the Kong family, as well as Krystal and a few others. They belong to Nintendo now. (Just like Nintendo owns Waluigi, even though he wasn't made by Nintendo.) i still don't think they tried to aquire Donkey Kong or Starfox. They would have failed so terribly it wouldn't even be funny. |

That's Microsoft for you. But my point is about BK, it was made for Nintendo by Rare, and Nintendo published it. It was never intended to fall into the hands of evil. It's going to look really awful being able to download a game with the Nintendo logo on the start up screen on the 360. |

Well, that wouldn't happen. They would be forced to remove the logo, just like Nintendo was with the RARE logo. (It was on Dixie's hat, but it was removed after the sale.) Oh, and about the RARE still working with Nintendo, they are able to as long as it doesn't directly conflict with their contract. It would entitle that they need to have a different Publisher, and that Microsoft doesn't have a handheld that is directly marketed as going against Nintendo's. Bleh. |

Krystal once had a Male counterpart named "Sabre" who was replaced by Fox. Fox was forced in, not everyone else. :ike: Microsofts evil! *censored*, they got only one Halo Spin-off compared to Mario's 500 spin-offs. |

What are you talking about???? It is difficult to imagine how Banjo could work on the 360, with the totally different control and graphics which is why it suprises me that Rare are making this game. It obviously wouldn't work too well with the Wiimote either. I would still like to play this game but it wouldn't be worth getting the 360 for the handful of good games it has. |

... Yeah pretty sigs and all that | |
