Same nearly happened to my Dad, when someone on their phone pulled out right in front of him. He and the car behind managed to stop, but the car behind that didn't, and there was a huge pile up right up the motorway.

That's what you call a Swoop and Squat. The car in front stops so the guy behind him slams on his brakes then the guy behind him rear ends the 2nd guy and so on if there are more vehicles

Now california too, man this sucks.

Why? It's not that bigga problem. If you want to talk, pull over for a second. It's not rocket Science.

    Ok, ok.

Btw elysiamichael, I kind of agree, I remember my mom says she won't by uy me a cell phone because I people use it for is text and camera. I was just walking around looking at cell phones talking to my mom about getting one. I wanted to tell her that it's not just for calling, it's for camera and text, and then she told me buy a camera and you can text on your computer.

    2 words. Camera phone.

Plus, the picture on a phone are bad quality, too.

My mom uses cell phones the old fashion way, plus her phone is like soooooooooo several years ago.
Wanna see my playgirl pics of myself?

I know someone is going to say the following statement: "Mentally challenged people can remember stuff, it is just that blah, blah, blah, blah!"

As far as I know, mental problems are just reason to not issue a driver's license.

Actually, it depends on how severe the mental illness is. I know a couple mentally challenged people who can drive.

Sure. Depressed people can drive. Depression is an illness.

But if they need to be constantly reminded how to operate every single second over a cell phone, then obviously it's a severe illness.

Not what I meant, I believe the people I'm talking about are autistic. And yes, if someone needs to be constantly reminded, then they most likely have a severe mental disorder.
