They have a steel coaster that once operated at Celebration City. The park has a reasonably good line up but the liability waver to enter and use the rides doesn't give me the warm fuzzy's. But Colorado actually have a few worth while parks. Lake side and Elitch Gardens top my list. |

That's what I'm saying. They only have a hand full of attractions and they require a waver to be signed. |

Wow. I know certain attractions make you sign a waiver, but never have I heard of a park that makes you sign a waiver for all the attractions. I can understand a few like the screamin swing, or maybe the mine drop tower. But an attraction like the alpine coaster is a bit over the top. |

Unbeliable. Why in the hell would anyone think even a family attraction should merit a waiver. I think they are way too scared about stupid people suing the park for stupid reasons. The waiver should only be for the thrill rides that are near an edge of a cliff. Unless I really wanna check out some of their unique thrill rides, I am not that interested in visiting. |

The waver scares me off a bit also. I can get a general waver saying there is an inharent risk. But if you are properly maintaining the attractions then there shouldn't be any issues. |

Looks like it has a number of pops of air. Lost track of how many times the girls hair jumped up into the air. |

Maybe not but an impressive coaster non the less. I'm hoping with the success of coasters like this one we will see another boom in wood coaster additions. |

Ok folks. Get ready to sign that overly elaborate waiver before riding this thing. As it will also include dangerous special effects that could seriously injure some people. Even walking around the park isn’t safe, since there are booby traps and wild animals everywhere. http://www.postindependent.com/news/local/haunted-mine-drop-set-for-monday-opening-at-glenwood-caverns-adventure-park/ |

Why not Clark's has a wolf man and LC has had issues with Porcupines, skunks, and bears. I have been at Story land when they moved people out of an area because of a bear sighting. With the mine drop I would be most concerned with bats. Thing is the liability waver will only get then so far. if they trip and fall they can't sue but if a ride malfunctions they are still going to be held liable. |

Wow, I dont know if I ever wanna go to Lake Compounce or Story Land again. Thanks for convincing me to never go to Clarks. Joking aside, I think the waiver for Glens cairn park has something to do with the government. Or management paranoia. It wouldn’t suprise me if SFNE started making the same move as Glen Cairn, since they are so freaked out over the tiniest safety concerns. HAHA! |

I think it's just paranoia form the owners. Though Many park tickets have smal print with a warning about inherent risk. still doesn't stop anyone from sewing. |

Yeah it does look amazing. Really wish a few more parks will start offering an underground drop ride, like at Canobie perhaps. |
