Amusement and Theme Parks
Lake Compounce (Bristol, Connecticut) - Boulder Dash and Wildcat Rehabs (The parks two wood coasters will get major rehabs this off season. Boulder Dash will remove the triple up and replace it with a new element while Wildcat will get a simpler upgrade that will reprofile a few rough spots. Both coaster are being worked on by Martin & Vleminckx of Canada) Wildcat New Trains (Wildcat will be replacing their PTC trains with trains build by Gravity Group) Purchase The park has purchased the eight acre site on the parks southern border from Briarwood Real Estate Limited (Lincoln College in Southington, CT) for $400,000.

Amazing news. Lake Compounce's parent company has purchased an 8 acres plot of land at the southern end of the park. They payed $400,000 for the lot that will be used for future expansion.
