Lol, no he didnt. All this tripping down memory lane reminds me of another story we all participated in. Remember when Sarah (and susequently a few other) created the game where each of us come up with a "theme" for a fighter (I was a paladin, Onkel was part of the Homoerotic undead, Kroney had a brick in a sock, etc...) and she would pair us off for battle. The outcome was determined by dice rolls but it was the story she wove that made it so much fun. *sigh* Good times. |

I never joined in on those. I did participate in the chess matches we had on IRC though (I kept being killed though). |

17) If a movie producer with unlimited funds wanted to adapt something (book, comic, video game, board game, epic poem, ingredients to your favorite cereal, etc but no original ideas - has to be something already created and published) and asked you what they should adapt for a movie, what would you tell them? 18) If there was one thing you could change about yourself, what would it be? 19) If you could have any one thing - regardless of cost, size, etc - with the caveat that you could never sell it, what would you own? 20) Aliens give you nanotechnology that could bring one person back to life. Any attempt to discover how they work will render them useless. Assuming that you can find the body of your choice, who would you bring back? Or would you? 21) If you could be on any game show (regardless of whether it is still running or not), which game show would you go on? 22) An organization that researches paranormal activities has offered you a chance to lead a team investigating a supposedly haunted house. The only caveat is that you'll have to stay in the house during the week of research you are trying to complete. Do you go? If the reputation of the house includes a number of unsolved murders and frequent suicides - including those of the last researchers - would that change your answer? 17) I'd love to convince someone to adapt (and adapt well) Barry Hughart's Bridge of Birds 18) I'd change my ability to focus; I had an iron focus as a youth, but over the years I just don't seem to be able to maintain that anymore. 19) Probably a painting from Waterhouse; have to think a bit on which one (although I'm fond of one of his studies for his The Lady of Shallott [Looking at Lancelot] - a fact to which GM can attest!) 20) I couldn't do it, I think. 21) I'd love to lose on Jeopardy; I also confess I'd love to go on The Price is Right. 22) Yes I'd go on the first. Not sure on the second, but it'd be tempting even still. |

Oh gosh I love your questions, so unique! Okay here I go... 17. Sara Douglass' Wayfarer Redemption series only if Peter Jackson directed as diligently as he did for LoTR. It'd be absolutely awesome then and probably give LoTR a run for its money... and perhaps fan base. 18. Oh good Lord... way too much. My will power would have to rank up at the top. I seem to lack greatly in that. So many things I know I need to apply myself at and I fail miserably. 19. The state of Montana. 20. My Uncle Joe. 21. The Price is Right! Yay! (I love Jeopardy too but feel I am way too dumb to have a chance) 22. Wow.... Ace is a co-founder of a paranormal investigative team. I've already been on one of the investigations. Stayed til 2 in the morning. But to answer your question, nope, unless I am with a huge group. And yes, the second part of the question would definitely change my mind. Hell with that, I ain't taking the chance to get killed. |

wow... 17. i'd like to see a good adaptation of LeGuin's Earthsea series. i haven't seen the one that was on SciFi awhile back, but have heard only bad things about it. Asimov's Robot series is another possibility. 18. i'd make myself something other than a worthless failure. 19. a lightsaber. 20. i think i'd bring back Jill Costello. she got the rawest of deals, and maybe the world would be a better place with her in it. 21. i always kinda liked The $20,000 Pyramid, so that i guess. 22. no, but only because i don't see any benefit to me. i don't believe in ghosts etc, so i'd wouldn't be afraid to go. just no motivation to do it. --------- Gina, why Montana? isn't that where all the crazies go? 17. The Discworld series. All of it. 18. Wouldn't mind fixing my ankles I guess. 19. A badass castle in Scotland. 20. Wouldn't use it. 21. Whichever one has the highest ratio of prize money to contestants. 22. Probably not, no. |
