A whole month has gone by since the last post in this thread. :yikes:

Well I've been very busy this past week, and it rather looks like next week will be busy too. But at least I'll be close to home this time...

Anyway, here are some more questions for you all!!

1. Have you ever had an experience that truly terrified you? If so, what?

2. If you had an opportunity to spend a whole month in an undersea oil rig, like in Abyss, would you do it?

3. What is your favorite card game?

4. Oh boy, oh boy! You won the coveted grand prize for a interior makeover of your home. Who woulda thunk it??!! But, alas, there are only 4 themes to choose from.
a.)Wild West
b.)Ultra Modern
c.)Tropical Island
d.)Back Alley Ghetto
1. Sleep paralysis! Deeply unpleasant, but I knew what it was so that took some of the terror away. I didn't see the 'hag' like some people, but I still felt like something was there, and tried to scream but couldn't move. Yuk!

2. Hell no.

3. Solitaire, lol.

4. Hmm, ultra modern I guess, an improvement on the current 'baby chic'.

1 - the knowledge that i'm going to die and that everything i am will be gone and that my life will have been a pointless waste. that terrifies me.

2 - no no no. no undersea, no oil rigs. negative.

3- Poker, baby!

4 - i don't own a house, but if i did and there was some reason i would want any of them, i guess i would go with Wild West.

glad to see you back, Gina. :)
Thank you! :^-^:

1. Several! I've also had the sleep paralysis experience. It was terrible. I lay there, feeling this pure evil in the room. I tried to touch my mate (from a past relationship) but couldn't even move a single finger to touch him with. I tried to scream, I willed myself to scream and the only sound that would come was a heavy sigh kind of sound. Then all at once I felt this big rush through my body and I was okay and crying. Only experienced it the once and hope to never again! I might relate some of the other terrors later.

2. No way Jose! I don't think I'd even want to take a cruise on the sea let alone descend into its depths.

3. Hmm.. I like both of the choices mentioned. I also like Cribbage, Scratch-Ass, Bitch n Gripe, Oh Hell, but not real fond of the rummies.

4. Tropical Island. I love greenery. Wind-chimes and bird song. Yeah that would suit me. Probably thought I'd choose wild west considering my love for horses eh? :P

1. Um I dunno. Nothing really springs to mind.

2. I don't get it, does this 'opportunity' come with a massive amount of bonus pay or something that makes it remotely appealing? :\

3. I dunno, Scumbags and Warlords is pretty cool, mostly because you can play it with a bunch of people. But for just the game itself being fun, gonna go with Munchkin.

4. Whichever is the easiest to keep clean. If they're all the same in that respect... probably go Wild West.

Somehow your answers had a flavor of bloggy to them... all!

For #2, you mean you wouldn't do it for the sheer thrill of being in such a cold, claustrophobic, high risk situation? Well, if it makes you feel any better you'd get a paycheck alongside the normal crew. I hear they get paid well.

1. The fall where I broke my leg. The first part of it was "okay I'm falling I can deal with this". But it seemed to go on forever - by the end it felt like I'd fallen from an airplane (the whole thing probably took a couple of seconds though.

2. Sure, why not?

3. Solitare, Rummy, Blackjack, Poker. For non-traditional card games, Munchkin is a good one.

4. I'd be okay with Wild West or Tropical Island. I'd imagine sand, dust, tumbleweeds and bar fights wouldn't work so well witht he computer so Ultra Modern sounds the best... :P

I think I'm deeply offended or something. :\

I dunno I think it's mostly the isolation I'd not be totally down with. I'm kind of a people person (no, really!) and would miss my peeps.

1) Not that I can recall, other than the almost-get-in-a-car-accident-oh-shit type of scared.

2) Sure, if the money was right.

3) Poker

4) Ultra Modern. Who would choose "Ghetto", lol?
