In yet another attempt to liven up this sleepy forum I put together some questions for us all to have some fun with. I've got loads, but decided to only post a few at a time. When it seems everyone has answered them I'll post the next ones. So, here it goes. 1. What did you have for dinner last night? 2. You’re alone late at night and you’re in the mood for a movie. Your choices are: a.) The Ring b.) Caddyshack c.) Bridges of Madison County d.) Once Upon a Time in the West e.) Cooking with Julia Child 3. Have you ever stopped to give a ride to a hitchhiker? 4. If you could buy any car you wanted what would it be? (if possible, post a picture of it) |

1) a cheeseburger and fries. you should have asked yesterday cuz the answer would have been a bowl of raisin bran with a bat in it. 2) baby, i'm never alone at night. but if i was it would be Caddyshack. 3) no, not to a hitchiker. "I cut off his legs... and his arms... and his head. And I'm going to do the same to you..." 4) meh i've never cared much about cars. but maybe something big like a Hummer so i could just flatten and destroy anyone who drives like a moron.

People viewing this thread but not answering? What's up with that? Okay, I will answer. 1. I had homemade asada burritos. 2. I'm rarely alone at night too, but if I were I would have to watch Once Upon a Time in the West. As much as I like Clint Eastwood, his movie in this list truly sucks. So slow and boring. The Ring would scare the hell out of me if I were alone. I'd watch it with Ace though. 3. Twice. Both times with a group of friends. 4. When I can afford it it'll be this one for fun and showing.... ![]() But this one for everyday use.....

^^^ I know, it is easy to miss threads since we're all so accustomed to nobody saying much. Hehe, looks like we were both in the mood for Mexican food!

1. A homemade salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, almonds, carrots) 2. The Ring and Once Upon a Time in the West are the only two on that list I'd watch without outside influence 3. No. I also won't let other people pick me up when I walk somewhere (rare these days). 4. I'll have to answer this later when I have time to look for pictures... |

Oh that's bad.... bad indeed! LOL, I'd call it a pimp-mobile except I highly doubt there'd be flars on the top. So Tep, which is it?

While both worthy vehicles (although, to be fair, I seriously doubt I'd fit in your choice GM), I was thinking something with more vintage and flair since money (and, well availabilty) aren't really a factor. Something like maybe the Cord 812 ![]() or maybe the Kaiser Darrin

Ahh... a man of class I see. Right on! To be honest, I would hate to see any friend of mine driving around in something as stupid as the 'smart' car.

If you can find one, and keep it up, why not go with a classic car, I say! I'm not anti-Smart car, but I wouldn't want to be in one around tractor trailers (which is pretty much everywhere in the US). There are a number of other cars I like, but I'd probably go with either of those two first (although I suppose I'm more partial to the Cord). I certainly wouldn't say no to a '48 Tucker, if offered! Last night I had duck with plum sauce which was flipping awesome. I live next door to a Chinese place, it is the best thing ever. Out of those movies, Caddyshack. Only other one I'm remotely interested in is the Western sounding one. Yeah, I've given lifts to a couple of hitchhikers, haven't been brutally murdered so far. Question 4 is a tricky one for me. I like the car I have right now. I would kind of like owning a Porsche 911 Turbo except it would be wildly impractical and I would be scared to drive it anywhere. A hot rod (You know, one of those cars gangsters drive in movies. The Prohibition era type, not the rapping type.) would also be pretty sweet. But I think in the end I'm just gonna go with the car I have now, except this year's model and without the dents. (That's a Subaru Liberty Station Wagon by the way) |

Still waiting for Sarah to answer the above questions Meantime, here are the next 4... 5. You’ve earned yourself a terrific job opportunity with excellent pay and benefits. Only thing is, you’ll have to relocate to one of 3 area’s. The company picks up the tab and sets you up in your new home in .... a.) The heart of Hong Kong b.) A fishing village in Nova Scotia c.) Some dusty town in the middle of Kansas (you might meet up with Dorothy!!) 6. What is your favorite holiday and what do you do to celebrate it? 7. What did you have for breakfast this morning? 8. You’re at the carnival and you have a ticket to ride either a monster of a roller coaster, some wild spinning ride, or the stationary bench seat on the merry-go-round. Which do you choose?

5) well i can't get to Hong Kong so that is out and Kansas is right smack in the middle of Tornado Alley (ask Dorothy) and i hate dusty places anyway so that is out as well. Nova Scotia is the obvious choice, i've been thinking about moving to Canada anyway and wouldn't mind living near the Atlantic. hmm that actually sounds pretty good. 6) holidays meh i really don't care about them. i would ignore them entirely if not for the fact they are important to my parents. 7) milk and a bagel with a side of dizziness. 8) no, i'm really not.
