No she walked just fine pushing the grocery cart. And just because she was elderly doesn't mean she can't hear. But even if she couldn't I'm sure there were some older folks who could! Anyway, I just thought it was funny.

LoTR's trilogy cd's. It's been a long long time since I've listened to them. Kind a makes me want to watch the movies all over again. And read the books.

Got away from my usual rock stuff and been listening to Yanni and some Enya over the past few days. Kind of nice for a change. Oh, and Loreena McKennit.

Sometimes I even get in the mood for classical. Or stuff like Sarah Brightman. I like all kinds of music. So yeah, Yanni is good for a change of pace.

i like classical. there are some amazing pieces of classical music. my musical tastes are not as broad as some tho. not broad enough to fit Yanni in there anyway. :)

I've never really gotten into Yanni either.

Do like Enya though. Have a few tapes of her around here somewhere...

i don't have any Enya CDs but i wouldn't mind having one, maybe Watermark. she has an interesting sound and her recordings give a sound system a good workout with their well-produced mix of vocals and instrumentation.

I have "Enya" (later re-released as "The Celts"), "Watermark" and "Shepherd Moon". It was around that time that that I switched from tapes to CDs primarily and also stopped buying a lot of music... :/

We go to the library and check them out, then come home and rip them with wmp. Then you can burn your own cd, omitting any songs you don't like.

I've been listening to Pink Floyd lately.

Piper at the Gates of Dawn and A Saucerful of Secrets

Syd Barrett was a genius.
