I thought I'd post this here so people would know what makes a good password. It goes for your MGC account (especially mod+) and your RuneScape account. My password would be unable to guess by anyone, because mine is long with random things. (Don't think you'll guess it ;))

Never use your RuneScape password here.

Easy Password:

This is something you should not have. Especially if you are an admin/mod! It could be as simple as "car". A hacker could easily guess it if they really wanted to get in.

Medium Password:

This would be something harder, but you still want to avoid. Example of a medium password is: "cargovroomvroomlol". It is simple, and again if anyone knew you liked cars, they might be able to get at it.

Hard Password:

This would use "1337 speak". Example: e -> 3 o -> 0. Our old password (cargovroomvroomlol) would now be this: c4rg0vr00mvr00ml0l. To make it harder, don't make everything 1337 speak. Our new password is: c4rg0vr00mvro0mlol. It is perfect for a RuneScape account, but if you want something for the MGC forums, try something more secure.

Do not use the 1337 speak most people use for fun. Use harder things, like n = |\|. b = |3. p = |>

Really Hard Password:

A really hard password would add spaces (_) and numbers, 1337 speak, special characters (^, #, etc). c4rg0vr00mvr00ml0l would now be: }c4_^r0#r0$_00m*|0l. So would you rather have a password of "car" or
"}c4_^r0#r0$_00m*|0l". }c4_^r0#r0$_00m*|0l is much more secure, as no one would ever be able to just guess it, and does not look anything like cargovroomvroomlol.

Summery:
Have a password with special characters, 1337 speak, and other things. To make one, start out like this:
-Make a base word.
-Add to the base word to make a sentence.
-Put in "1337 speak" to make it harder.
-Put in special characters and spaces to make it the ultra hardester.
You can not use alt keypad commands on RuneScape.

To have an ultra hard password, just randomly type about 10 things and then add special characters. Example: dsfgjuiuy would be )d_s$f@gjsd54u#$iuy. Do you think someone would guess that?

Do not use ... as your password!
Do not ever use things like this for your password:
-Something you can easily type in a line. (Example: ghjkl on your keyboard)
-Any word in any language. (Don't think it's safe to use a word in a far off country)
-All numbers.
-All letters

If there is something that can guess your password, it would take years for it to get into your account. IF and RuneScape both have security from this (99% sure I read about it somewhere).
