ZetaBoards is way too frustrating and annoying to work with. I prefer the simple layout that InvisionFree has. So uh, I was certain I posted a topic that said MOVE TO TOK but I guess that didn't go so well. So I'm doing it again. If you guys want to be active, this forum isn't the place. I, personally, miss you guys... and I want to continue talking to you all... sad thing is, the tales world got a little boring after Abyss turned out to be a let down, and then Radiant Mythology wasn't all it was cracked up to be. But does that really mean that we're dead?

Can't we do something so that people will continue to talk here? :woodrow:

I've been through a lot in life.
I felt depressed a lot, so I didn't come here so often. It's hard once you find out a relationship was just an act.

I'm not taking a permanent leave, but I might be gone for a while.

But with better news, Isenet is now promoted to the responsibility of a Moderator. I've been considering this for a long time, but never actually had a chance to do this.
I've also been considering, "Doesn't he deserve more than this?", but I'll let you all be the judge of this.

All I'll have to say is that there's going to be a major grammar improvement here in Majinken.

In other news that I can't classify as "better" or "worse", spambots cannot post in the "General" forum. This means, I have block "Member"s to create a new topic in it. To be able to post in it now, you need to post at least 10 times, and you will be promoted to a "Knight" (someone with more creativity can help think of a better title). For the normal members that have posted more than 10 times and are stuck as a member, please let us know.

This is my farewell gift for everyone, I believe. Remember, this isn't permanent, it might just take a while for me to come back.
I hope for the best of everyone.

Okay, within the next month or so we'll be converting to Zeta Boards. But before you ask any questions:

- NO, we're NOT moving or changing this forum!
- No, we're not changing our URL address either. (Well, that depends)

Basically, what I mean is a forum upgrade. We could actually just make a new Zeta Board and transfer all of our stuff, but with everything that we've already established - I prefer to keep it here. So now, I'm waiting until they finish the conversion process.

Well, it seems it's my turn to pass down the torch to another admin: Arel. Highschool has caught up to me and it would be distracting and pointless for me to run this forum any longer. So, it's about time I take my leave, but this was already obvious...

Anyways, I'll probably post here and there, but I won't make a lot of contributions like I have before. Don't worry, I'll still play Tales and I'm not going to demote myself. :'D Anyways, what this means is that I'm giving root access to Arel and therefore, full responsibility of the forums. I apologize for giving her this title without even discussing with her, but it must be done and I'm sure she can handle it just fine.

That ALSO means that she gets to decide Majinken's future, via selecting her own staff members, managing the information topics (or letting an underling do that), skins, role with Raijinken, etc. I'm just doing this so she can make major decisions with or without my presence.

So right now, she's basically the same rank as me: so treat her with respect and such as your new princess (ruler). There's a reason why I chose her.

If you have any questions or suggestions, go ahead and ask.

You know, NuklearArel has done a lot for this forum. Codings, shoutbox, and overall just being an active Moderator. She's done more than what I asked for, and I really appreciate that. I coulndn't have made Majinken the way it was now if it weren't for the staff members, but especially NuklearArel.

Well, I decided to try something new. Look at the bottom of the page, it's a music player used mainly for myspace. Today, I figured - heck, let's try it out on the forums! Well, there it is. I know some of you hate pink, but hey, it's at the bottom of the page.

Here's whats wrong so far:
- It can only be controlled by members via the pause button. Which has to be clicked EVERY single time.
- It appears on about every page.
- It can get annoying if you browse the forums via multiple windows.
- It's not related to Tales.

If anyone has a problem, I do not mind removing it. OR I can make it so that it doesn't auto-start and it starts manually when you press the play button. So? I need opinions, this could be a stepping stone to some activity.

Download mIRC here. Install it, and then open the program. First of all, ignore the "Trial" thing when you first open it. Just press continue, even if it expires, you can still use it. Just wait for the "Continue" to be clickable.


Next, fill up the following:
Full Name: This is not important. But please remember it when you fill it out.
E-Mail Address: For you guys, it's unnecessary. For me, it is.
Nickname: This is your displayed name in mIRC, it's important that you get the name you want.
Alternate: You don't have to fill it out, but if someone is using your nickname on the same server, then you cannot use it.


BEFORE YOU CLICK CONNECT TO SERVER!
Go to the left of the window. There should be a bullet point titled "Servers". Click on it, and then scroll down to the server titled "Dynasty Net. Click on Dynasty Net and then click on Random server. The servers are listed in alphabetical order, so don't worry about finding it. After that, THEN you click on Connect to Server.


Going to a Channel
Obviously, you should know that a "Channel" is a chatroom. After you connect to Dynasty Net, a new window pops open asking you what channel you want to go to. Fill in the Channel Name on the space provided: Majinken

And bingo, you are in!
