Siobhán got to the hatch of Skarlet's cabin and stopped, hearing shouting coming from within. For a few moments she thought that Skarlet might have a visitor but something about the voices made her second guess that idea. Though the steel of the hatch it was difficult to tell but if asked, Siobhán would have guessed they were all coming from one person, despite the differences.

"Are you sure you think this is a good idea?" She asked herself, thinking what even a small explosion might do to her head when it was that close to the bracelet. It wasn't a serious question though; subconsciously the Pixie thought of herself as more-or-less indestructible and consciously, she knew it would add to the challenge and the excitement of it all.

Siobhán reached up and pressed the communication button beside the hatch.

The arguement didn't seem to settle between Skarlet and well... Skarlet. Though to outsiders it would be difficult to tell. If the voices have shown anything to Skarlet, they were stubborn and didn't exactly give up. Maybe they were achieving their goal of driving the woman even more insane just by sheer persistence. Some of them still seemed to have shreds of loyalty to Isaac, even after he was like dead, and despite the three of them were all shouting for Skarlet to skin him alive, some of them even showed her what cuts to make. The only exception was the lone voice that was crying at the gruesome display, now crying at the moment, another one of the copies calling her all sorts of vulgar insults. Some were even threatening violence, copies of Skarlet's butterfly knife at the ready to rip and tear at one another. It wouldn't be the first time they had done it either, while they seemed to remember the experience they never showed any visible sign of the bloodshed that she would always hear. It didn't make much sense to Skarlet, it only seemed to be one of the set of rules they followed. It would make things easier then revenge on the crew if her voices just killed each other and be over with it.

"Go ahead, rip each other apart. At least it'll shut you lot up for a little bit!" She cried out perhaps a bit too loud. By this point she had given up trying to be the moderator of a crowd so dead set on killing one another while Skarlet miserable. The mechanical buzz behind her made her whirl around. There was static coming from the intercomm making her walk up to the side of the door before leaning forward, holding down the push to talk button. "Hello? Siobhán that you?" She called out inquisitively. Not like she was the most popular crew member. Only one really had a reason to visit her while they were still en route to their next destination and their next job.

"Yes, it is," Siobhán replied. "Is now a good time?"

She didn't want Skarlet to feel pressured, partially because she wasn't the type to force people to do things against their will and partially because a comfortable, quiet Skarlet would be a lot easier to work with in what would, at best, be a very delicate operation.

Skarlet listened to the reply, letting off of the intercomm before she looked down. She looked over to the others in her room. They didn't shut up for a moment. It was the closest the woman ever got to peace and quiet. "Yeah, I'm fine." She tried to keep the frustration from her voice before pressing the button to open up the door. Skarlet stood to the side of the doorway. Crossing her arms across her chest to let her guest in. After a brief pause she swept her arm to the side, closest she would get to a warm welcome.

"Hi Skarlet," Siobhán said cheerfully and with her trademark warm, wide smile as she accepted the invitation to enter the cabin. She looked around the cabin, taking it in and analysing it but not judging; her objective was to understand Skarlet as well as she could so that she could work out the best way to handle the emotional side of what she was about to do to minimise the risk of it negatively impacting the physical. It was going to be tricky enough without having Skarlet unsettled and jumpy.

There was another reason for the observation and analysis; Skalet herself intrigued and fascinated her and while she was very different to Sonya she found herself drawn to the young woman in a way that was not dissimilar to how she was reacting to Sonya. As she had found with Sonya, there was a physical as well as the intellectual and emotional attraction and that was something she was finding a challenge to come to terms with.

"Would you like to talk first or shall I leap straight into the fire?" the Pixie asked. "Either way I would like to do a preliminary examination before you tell me what you know about the bracelet so that my analysis is unbiased."

Skarlett kept her arms crossed while Siobhán entered her quarters, she didn't exactly return the other woman's cheery attitude, she could lose a hand afterall if this woman was simply over stating her abilities. She raised an eyebrow when she asked if Skarlet just wanted to talk first. "I don't see that there's much to talk about." She couldn't keep the venom from her voice, a little bit on edge since she just spent the last several minutes in a rather heated argument with herself. She spoke as if she was trying to prove a point, while Siobhán might be a bit lost she was putting her foot down to her voices, she wanted this. She walked over towards one of the seats in her quarters, speaking as she moved. "And and examination seems smart, please do be careful. A real sick Hwoon dahn was the one that did this." She set down her rifle on the small metal table before taking a seat. The first sign of weakness from Siobhán she would call this off, and by that she meant the first one that she would give off. Not the myriad of excuses that her own mind was forging for her.

Siobhán affected not to notice the tone of Skarlet's response, instead putting her hands behind her back and bending forward to look at the device more closely.

"Hmmm," Siobhán said as she did her close visual inspection of the device. "I can see a couple of options. The first is to slide it up as far as it goes and then cut your hand off just above the wrist, slide the device onto a dummy hand and then superglue your hand back on. I think I have some superglue somewhere. I don't think it has expired. And I have a saw that isn't too rusty." It was all said in a straight-faced, deadpan tone.

Meanwhile she took a small device out of her bag and turned it on along with the PDA she had brought with her.

"Hold very still please," she said and brought the device close to the bracelet. As she did so a magnified image of the bracelet appeared on the PDA screen. For several minutes Siobhán carefully looked at the image of the bracelet on the PDA, zooming in and out as she covered the whole of one side of the bracelet.
