He just works there it doesnt give you a reason to be rude like that, yes lug is seriously one currupt company but he's just an operator lol that was just mean and wrong lol. Oh and he is Customer Service its not like he's the IT for you to shout at him like that, dude that was uncalled for.

LUG's service SUCKS! i mean, dati nung beta run maayus pa takbo ng game!!! my mga GM/vanguards nagpapakita weekly but now, u could heardly see a GM/vanguards in a month & not even see them unless my event w/c boost the game's popularity!! look @ Fairyland(another online game), its FREE + no BOTS(not sure kung meron but WALA TALAGA)! u know y? because sa sobrang simplicity ng game(medio kakahilo yung quests pero masaya gawin) @ my event EVERYDAY not 2 mention na mabilis lng magpalvl dun @ kumuha ng items!!! anyways, do RO have events or GM roaming around everyday? NOOO.. kasi naging cheap ang LUG na mag hire ng GMs @ tamad din yung GM magRO kasi wala sila ginawa kungdi mag YM sa LUG office! pif 2. LUG's Greed every since na commercialized ang mga games nila, nagiging kuripot sila dahil dumadami yung tao na naglalaro! tignan nyo, nung nawala yung bot dati dahil iniba nila yung system ng RO halos 80-95% of RO population was lost + 20% started 2 quit! dahil dun sa ginawa nila, they made a LAME excuse na inayos nila yung RO system dahil dami daw di makalogin(they were prefering 2 the bots !swt ) tapos ngayon na hak yung RB @ dinahilan nila kung bkt nila na shudown RB kasi "2 improve their system" (para di na daw sila ma hak ulit) 3. LUG's Ignorance let me explain this by the way of asking questions(see my "The Question Thread" if ur interested) ex. # 1 y did LUG implement of No Hack Policy so that to implement equality 2 players in game& be responsible enough 2 guard ur property mainly ur accounts! !swt (this crap can only be applied if LUG ONLY owned us) No...No...please give us the RIGHT ANSWER: because LUG is so dam LAZY to fix the players problems & that they dont understant the MEANING of "It was an accident that i gav out my usernam/pw" or "how m i suppose 2 know that the PC in the cafe had a keylogger...." but w8, ask urselves: y did a hacker hacked him/her either he/she was so rich that i had 2 gain that wealth even by means of haking or that person pissed me off that i want 2 take revenge! (2nd part somtimes true but 1st part, e4 ) real reason: LUG is lowering down the games exp/drop rate so the game could be played 4 a long time & that they would keep on making money!! & that it forces me 2 hack a person 2 gain some wealth in game or 2 bot my character 2 becom rich!! medio tinatamad na ako mag post kaya ill leave the question up 2 hear 4 now
