AGIT LORDS How to make it to the Sever Eliminations: 1. The base scores of the agits (based on the economy and defense rating*) will be computed after every siege. These will be credited to the siege points of the guild occupying the agit. *An agit's economy and defense rating can be viewed by the guild master. 2. Acquire agits from different maps and get your guild bonus siege points! Conquer Lake Greenwood in Payon, Luina in Al de Baran, Britoniah in Geffen, and/or Valkyrie in Prontera and earn bonus points for every agit from another area: - Agits from 2 different maps = total base score of the agits x 2 - Agits from 3 different maps = total base score of the agits x 4 - Agits from 4 different maps = total base score of the agits x 10 If you own agits from different maps, you can compute your siege points by adding the base scores of all your agits then multiply the sum with 2, 4, or 10, depending on the number of maps from which your agits belong to. For example, you own 2 agits in Prontera with base scores 48 and 66, and an agit in Geffen with a base score of 11. The computation of your siege points will be as follows: (48 + 66 + 11) x 2 = 250. 3. To monitor guild rankings, siege points will be posted at the RPC 2006 website. 4. The top four (4) guilds with the highest siege points from each server by July 18, 2006 will have the honor of being called the Agit Lords and will compete with the top FOUR (4) Wild Card winners from the same worlds in the Server Eliminations. 5. Any player banned for using a third party program (e.g. botting) or hacking for the duration of the tournament will be disqualified. Agit Siege Points: Siege points are computed by adding up the ECONOMY and DEFENSE ratings of the agits under your guild. For example, you have an agit with an Economy rating of 5 and a Defense rating of 9. In that particular guild siege, your guild earns a total of 14 siege points. Keep in mind that extensions are considered as separated guilds. So only the agits under your guild master are counted. Additional Rules: 1. A guild, once broken (even through a hack delete), will not be reinstated for the competition. Even if you create another guild with the same name and under the same guild master, it would be considered as a different guild. 2. The guild siege scores will be computed after every siege. Once scores are published, they become final. 3. Any WoE Skill Abuse (i.e. Ice Wall) will not entail a penalty. We will, however, address these problems at the soonest possible time. The quickest option for a player would be to file a Customer Support Ticket with the subject heading RPC Skill Abuse. Please include screenshots for evidence. 4. Technical issues that occur during sieges will not affect the tournament results in any way. *This rule holds even if the guild gets hack deleted. Note: Everything here is not final and still subject to change. |

All pRO servers (excluding Sakray) are qualified. This year's new Wild Card mechanics will incorporate not just 2 but the top FOUR (4) Wild Cards per server. Votes will be based on top-ups. Official Wild Card Tournament Mechanics SERVER ELIMINATIONS Once we have the Agit Lords and the Wild Cards, they will battle it out to ascertain who will have the right to represent their servers in the Grand Finals. Technical issues that occur during sieges will not affect the tournament results in any way. *This rule holds even if the guild gets hack deleted. Note: Everything here is not final and still subject to change. Source: Ragnaboards WILD CARD How to Nominate/Vote: 1. Only guilds created BEFORE March 10, 2006 will be valid for the Wild Card nomination and voting. Thus, if you create a new one on or after this date, your new guild WILL NOT be included. 2. There are two rounds in the Wild Card Elections: Nomination – ________ to ________ 11:59PM Nominate your guild. The top 20 from each server get to be the official candidates for the Wild Card Elections. Voting – ________ to ________ 11:59PM Vote from the 20 nominated guilds per server! The nomination points will be reset and the top 20 nominated guilds will face off for the top 4 Wild Card candidates of the server! The top 4 Wild Card winners per server will compete with the top 4 Agit Lords in the Server Eliminations. 3. Here, hardcore gamers call the shots. Just top up and vote for your favorite guild (Players should manually top up at the Level Up top up page to be able to nominate and/or vote). 4. Each top up entitles you to one (1) nomination or vote. For every top-up, you give your chosen guild points equal to the value or denomination of the Level Up! prepaid card. But if you top up a P500 card, you give your guild 60 points. So the bigger the amount of the card, the higher the points they get! Card Denomination | # of votes P10 | 1 P20 | 2 P50 | 5 P75 | 8 P100 | 10 P350 | 40 P500 | 60 Note: Only LU! Prepaid Cards are valid for the wildcard nomination and voting. 5. The top twenty (20) guilds from each server with the most number of nominations by ________ become the official Wild Card candidates. These Top 20 will then compete at the VOTING STAGE from ________ to ________, 2006. 6. IN CASE OF A TIE (for any position in the Nomination or Voting Phase), it will be broken by a) who has a higher Guild Level and if still a tie, higher average level of guild members. Work for the top FOUR (4) spots and be your server's Wild Card! Once the TOP 4 Wild Card is determined, the Wild Card winners get to challenge the Agit Lords server counterparts in the Server Eliminations from ________ to ________, 2006. How to get the exact name of the Guildmaster you will nominate: 1. Get The exact username of your guildmaster a. Arrange for your guildmaster to meet in a nice private spot. b. Right click on your guildmaster and select "Open 1:1 Chat" c. close the window that comes out d. In your chat window, press the blue button and select your guildmaster's exact name: e. Drag the mouse to highlight your guildmaster's exact name: f. press CTRL-C g. and you can paste (CTRL-V or SHIFT-INS) the exact name into the GUILDMASTER name in a text document (you can open Notepad by clicking START> All Programs> Accessories> Notepad) 2. Go top up 3. After you top up, you will get a window asking for the guildmaster you want to nominate. 4. Cut and paste the name into the window. Click OK 5. The guildmaster (and his Guild) is now nominated. Note that you can nominate other guilds besides your own. Note: Everything here is not final and still subject to change. Source: Ragnaboards SERVER ELIMINATIONS- The Search for the Server Champions Player Contact a. Tournament officials will contact the winning Guild Masters of both the Wild Card and Agit Lords. Please wait for official e-mail and/or phone call from tournament officials b. We shall be sending an official form for the Server Eliminations. The guildmaster will be given seven (7) days to complete the form. The ultimate deadline for submission of the form will be posted on the website and the Ragnaboards. Failure to submit the forms means forfeiture of your team’s right to compete and awarding of an automatic win for your opponent. c. The Guild Master is expected to provide accurate information (most especially the usernames) of the participating characters for the server semis. d. Guild masters must submit their team lineup between July 19 and July 28. This includes each of the team members' usernames, jobs and levels, with no repeating class per team, their Real Names, addresses and contact numbers. e. In the event of a guild holding 2 or more of any of the top 8 positions in BOTH Seige side and Wild Card, they will be asked to choose only one slot. The slot/s they’ll be giving up will go to the guild next in line. They have to indicate their preference during the submission of their guild line up. f. War of Emperium rules apply. g. There will be a total of nine (9) characters to compete per team. h. These characters MUST be a member of the winning Agit Lord or Wild Card guild. i. Guild masters of participating guilds may choose not to participate in the server matches. It is not a requirement for the Guild Master to fight in the attack or defense of any agit. j. Official schedules for the matches shall be posted at the website and the Ragnaboards. It is the responsibility of the winning team to monitor this information and inform all members. k. Tournament officials shall check the team roster and validate all characters. l. If ever other information is needed, tournament officials will notify the guild master. It is the responsibility of the Guild Master to give accurate and complete info so that this process will be expedited. The Guild Master must complete the information in order for the team to become legitimate, valid and ready for the semis. m. Once verified, the final team roster will be posted at the official website and the boards. n. All teams must follow the game and character limitations below. Set-Up and Character/Game Limitations a. Teams must be composed of 9 players with 2 alternates b. All character classes of Ragnarok Online (up to Transcendent jobs) are allowed. There must be NO REPEATING CLASSES in the line-up. A transcendent class is considered under its origin class. It means that if a team has a Champion, having a Monk is no longer allowed and vise versa. c. The players will use their existing characters d. The characters must comply with the item restrictions for the tournament. Marc cards, Slotted Sunglasses, Boss Cards, Mini-boss cards, Yggdrasil berries and seeds, Mastela fruits, and Godly items are not allowed. e. Please keep ALL ILLEGAL ITEMS in your Kafra storage. f. Once summoned, the teams will be given 15 minutes to complete their roster. When that time lapses, the match will proceed even without the absent players. g. Each Server Eliminations match will last for 10 minutes. h. The start of a match will be signaled by marshaling Vanguards. Players may start casting buffs during the count down. Use of other skills, on the other hand, is restricted until the marshals give their go signal. Offending players will be given a warning; then on the second offense, penalty will be disqualification from the game. The same rule holds for those who attack a tournament marshal. i. Lag will not stop the clock. Disconnection will not stop the clock. Once a game has already started, disconnection of players from the servers, regardless of their number, will not stop the match. If a whole team is abnormally logged off while a game is ongoing, the team forfeits the match. For smooth game play, please make necessary steps to ensure that you have a stable internet connection at home or in the cafe. j. In case of a tie, a 5-minute match will follow. The last 2 guilds standing will fight without restocking and re-summoning disconnected members. If by chance the match is still a draw, the levels of the remaining team members will be tallied. The team with the lowest average levels of surviving characters will be declared the winner of the match. k. A team is allowed to have all transcendent classes at level 99 if they wish. However, in case of a tie, the levels will play a big role when all levels will be added and whoever has the smaller total is the winner. Teams using second jobs and advanced second jobs will be deducted 15 levels for each team member who’s not transcendent. l. Players and tournament officials may not wager or bet on the outcome of any portion of a tournament. m. Level Up! reserves the right to alter these rules as well as the right to interpret, modify, clarify or otherwise issue official changes to these rules without prior notice. ***Level Up employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage of RPC 2006 including the Grand Finals. Note: Everything here is not final and still subject to change. |
