ive had the same problem recently. i have not logged my dcc acount recently but files a report in their customer care instead n lang cguro n magwala tyu sa bords we should take time and try to do the sanest thing in order to get back into our accounts. im trying my best not to freak out kasi 350 din ang load n nilagay ko and used it for about a day  try to email them, report ur case filling up this sorta biodata for reporting Username: Full Name: Contact #: Secret Question: Secret Answer: Birthdate: Home Address: Old E-mail Add: New Email Add: Used Level UP! prepaid card numbers (at least 3): Character Names and Levels (All servers): then send it to customercare@level-up-games.com also try calling (02) 751 9611. its their new hotline my account is recently in the process of change email  sana lahat ng cases maresolve before LUGi games start losing their valued customers aeRO anyone? |
