Earth Petite Posts: 1,447 Group: Members Member #113 Joined: January 11, 2005	my friends account was sabotage cgru pati eadd.... kakaasar naman saan pede mag reklamo about this? load sana nang accnt ang frend ko nung nag key inn na sya pass error.. so nag FORGOT pass pero ala dumating sa EADD nya naka 5x na syang ang FORGOT ala parin..... anu kaya magandang gawin? @BB aka CRYSTALLINE msta na ang accnt mo? na open mo na? dumating na ba sa EADD mo? anu ginawa mo f na resolve na nga?

Naka-attach pa dun yung scanned image ng RO cards na ginamit nya sa pag-topup ng account nya. Araw-araw pa sya nagfofollow-up sa hotline ng custcare. Araw-araw pa sya nagfofollow-up sa e-mail. Araw-araw pa sya nagfofollow-up sa GM pag may nakita in-game. Yung follow-up nya sa e-mail walang reply/response. Yung follow-up nya sa hotline ng custcare at sa GM in-game, sabi lagi ininform na daw nila yung department na responsible dun. Isa na lang nakikita nyang paraan para mabawi nya yung account nya. Magbayad sya sa GM at sabihin nya na hahack na lang daw nya sarili nyang account.
