Livonia Middle School Evacuated After Gas Scare Elevated levels of carbon dioxide http://www.myfoxdetroit.com/dpp/news/local/livonia-middle-school-evacuated-after-gas-scare Updated: Friday, 09 Mar 2012, 6:04 PM EST Published : Friday, 09 Mar 2012, 6:04 PM EST myFOXdetroit.com Staff LIVONIA - Students were forced to evacuate Emerson Middle School in Livonia Friday because of elevated carbon dioxide levels. We're told around 20 students, all in the same classroom, suddenly became dizzy and nauseasous. Their teacher acted quick and got them out of the room immediately. The entire building was then evacuated. Fire officials tell us the building is designed to be energy efficient, and the airflow in the classroom is so tight that it trapped the dangerous gas. |
| I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be WRONG. | |
