Sometimes the kids' backpacks last for a couple years. I was surprised to see this warranty on JanSport. http://www.jansport.com/js_warranties.php# Product Registration: register your product here. For wheeled luggage returns, please first contact one of our customer service representatives at (800) 426-9227 in the US or (800) 501-3056 in Canada. You will be issued a Return Authorization number and the address of the nearest Authorized Luggage Repair Center.
