Ah Micki, you have already proven yourself to not be the average teacher here on this forum, and your vote is only one of many. We should also know that teacher contracts often have provisions for teachers to receive additional pay if the class size is above contractual sizes. So if it's 2% and lowered class sizes, or 1% and a bonus for students above controlled class sizes, what would the rank & file vote then? Hard to say when you have so many teachers and so many opinions. |
