You might find this interesting. There has been a slow but steady movement of jobs in LPS from the classroom to the support positions. In fact, going back to 2004-05, the support personnel outnumber the teachers. The amount by which they outnumber them has steadily increased. If this trend continues, we will soon have 10 support personnel for every 9 teachers.
