Higgason has been with the Livonia Police Department since 1990. Currently assigned to the Michigan Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Det. Higgason is responsible for On-line Computer Investigations and Cellular Telephone Forensic Examinations. He has been with the Crimes Against Children Task Force since April 2005. His presentation will also cover copyright violations commonly faced by youth. |
