Check out this video someone posted at, oddly enough, the hunting forum I go to. The buffalo sends that lion a good 10-15ft in the air! Buffalo own lions. |

Good lord. That was an awesome hunt in the beginning! Totally focused and flew into the water. This shows the speed of Lions too, because it's not edited like those Docu's. Great teamwork pulling the Calf out of the Croc's jaws. And it was a couple of feet in the air, not 15 :lol: Man, these are the kind of moments that every filmmaker dreams of capturing. Thanks a lot for posting this. |

I think that's when most of the Lions got driven off the Buffalo Calf, and there were only 2 Lions left. The one of the 2 that ran first was a Male. |

I'm looking, and when they lions are pulling the calf from the croc, you can see all of their necks and I don't see any scruffs of fur on their necks. |
