Jocelyn looked around the tiny apartment. She hadn't really unpacked everything yet. But she had shoved her suitcases and the small boxes into the closet to hide them away. She didn't have much in the way of furniture yet. A card table with two folding chairs sat by the tiny kitchenette against one wall. An oversized Armchair that had been left in the apartment sat next to her bed, an inflatable aero bed, the cheapest bed mattress she could by. She had made it with fresh sheets and her black and grey comforter. As she stood above the bed she had just made she scowled at it. She felt a little silly now for having it. She hadn't expected to have company. Especially company such as Marcus but it was too late now to run out to buy a bed. The rest of the apartment wasy clean. Having only been there a week she'd barely had time to unpack let alone dirty the place up. She just wished she had more to offer Marcus. This was the first time her sparse life seemed inadequate to her. "Nothing you can do about it now." She told herself as she plopped into the big comfy chair. She sat there closing her eyes trying not to look around her sparse place. The care grey walls. It was kind of depressing. As she sat there with eyes closed she touched the bandage at her neck. She wasn't nearly as weak as she had been when she left Marcus's office. Already her lycan metabolism and healing abilities had kicked in replacing most of the blood Marcus had took. But still she kept the bandage on. Cause he had placed it there. Taking care of her. She smiled as she sat there with eyes closed. No regret yet in her. She didn't want to think about how ridiculous she had been. No she just wanted to focus on the positive. |

Marcus knocked on the door, not wanting to startle his new pet by barging in as he planned on doing later. Besides, he didn't have a key. He thought he had seen a human staring at him oddly as he had made his way up, but he wasn't really all that worried about it. In the pocket of his overcoat he had a strip of black cloth, a ziploc bag for the medical tape, and a replacement piece of gauze. |

Joss's eyes flew open and she bolted out of the chair at the knock on the door. She flew across the small room not caring if she seemed like an over eager poppet. She quickly unlocked the door and flung it open smiling so widely as she saw Marcus standing there. She hated to admit it to herself but part of her was surprised he had actually shown up. "Hi." She said softly. Stepping aside. "Please come in." She said suddenly wondering if the other myth about having to invite vampires in was true. "I know it's not much but..." She started to stammer but then cut herself off. Shrugging. |

"Hello Kitten." Marcus stepped into the apartment and looked around. His greeting came with a gentle grip as he checked her wound, leaving the door wide open. "Yes, healing nicely." He mused. She would be ready again by tommorrow, if not the next day. He grinned at the sparsely decorated apartment. He placed finger to her lips as she stammered something out. "Do not worry. It is good that you do not have so many...things." It would make it easier later on. Marcus walked around the apartment, examining the place. He turned back to Joss and looked at her. She was exactly the way he wanted her to be around him. "Yes, it is good. Come, now. Sit." He pointed to the armchair, his hand in his pocket as he searched for the replacement gauze and tape. |

Joss practically wanted to purr as he called her Kitten. She was getting to like that name more and more every time he called her it. She couldn't help but smile as he checked the bandage and the mark he had given her. SHe wasn't even thinking about it as a wound now. Only his mark upon her. She smiled as he pressed a finger to her lips. Telling her it was good she didn't have so many things. She'd never thought before that it could be a good thing. But now that he said it was she was glad for it. She closed the door as he began walking around the small room examining her apartment. She watched him all the while. Feeling herself on display. When he told her to sit she moved across the room to resume her seat in the chair she had moments ago vacated. SHe stared up at him. Even when she stood she had to look up at him. She was just tiny like that. But sitting made it worse. Still she didn't meet his eyes. But she stared up at him as he rummaged in his pockets. She didn't know what to expect him to pull out. But she wasn't afraid. |

Once she was sitting, Marcus got to work. He removed the bandage and placed it in his ziploc bag. He looked down at her mark and gingerly felt it. "I want to to air this out a little before I replace it again." As he looked down at her, he began to think of things that he would change. He stepped around the chair so that he was looking down at her. He supposed now was as good a time as any to start. "As long as I'm here, Kitten, I think I should lay down some ground rules. First: You will not refer to me as Marcus. You will simply call me 'Sir". Second: You are only to be your true self when I'm around. When you are by yourself, you will be strong and assertive. Third: You belong to me now, and you will keep your body as I tell you to. Fourth: Remember who is in control. As long as you do as I say, you will be safe, and for the most part, happy." Marcus stroked her head, as though he were petting a good animal. "Can you purr for me, Kitten?" He asked, wanting her to fit into her new role. Suddenly, he felt an urge. "Kitten. Do you have a bathroom?" Marcus knew he shouldn't have eaten before he came, but he had wanted to taste the newest item on the menu earlier. |

She smiled as he took care of her. Removing the bandage. The wound was already completely closed. Only two raised pink scars stood where he had marked her. Her eyes closed as his finger stroked over the wound. She nodded as he said he wanted to air it out. She stared up at him as he moved around to stand before her. God she felt so small looking up at him. She listened intently as he started laying out his rules. She nodded at his first one. Calling him Sir already sounded and felt right to her. His second one made her bite her lower lip though. She wasn't strong or assertive. This one would prove hard for her. His third made her eyes widen slightly. She wondered if there was something about her he didn't like. Wondered what she would have to change. His fourth made her hold her breath again. "Yes Sir." She whispered in response to his rules so far. She turned her head rubbing it against the hand that petted her. When he asked her to purr she did so instantly. And not even the fake purring of a human trying to imitate a cat. This was real purring at the back of her throat deep inside her that made her whole body hum. She stopped though at his sudden question. "Uhh Yes Sir. Right through there." She said pointing to the door beside the kitchenette. |

"Excellent." Marcus turned and made a beeline for the bathroom. A while later, he exited, rubbing his hands together, a satisfied look on his face. "I wouldn't go in there for a little while, Kitten." Suddenly, he wrinkled his nose. "It's spreading. You wouldn't happen to have a box of matches, would you?" He turned and shut the door, hoping to slow the spread of the fumes. |

Joss sat perplexed and trying not to laugh. To have something as serious as rules being layed down for her followed by this was odd to say the least. When Marcus came out with his exclamations she laughed. "Of course." She said getting out of the chair she moved to the kitchenette opening up one of the pantries she pulled out a box of kitchen matches. She then squatted to open a lower cabinet she pulled out a bottle of air freshner spray. She stood and brought them over to Marcus. Her sensitive nose crinkling as she got closer. Honestly. She didn't even think Vampires could have bodily functions like that. But hell what did she know. |

Marcus took the matches with a near sigh. The timing was horrible. The whole mood of the night was ruined. It was going to take him forever for her to take him seriously. He almost said something, but instead turned and went back to the bathroom. After the smell had been dealt with, he came back out and set down the matches. He shook his head, trying to forget the stink. He made his way back to Joss, who seemed amused by his recent debacle. He gave her a toothy grin and leaned down until he was almost face to face with her. "Do you find me amusing, Kitten?" He asked, his voice soft. Marcus wondered how far back his plans had been set by his escapade. He had hoped to have her almost totally under his complete control by the end of the month, but now that seemed to be in danger. He might have to use the cloth in his pocket for something other than what he had intended. |

Joss had toothy grin as Marcus reemerged from the bathroom with the matches watching him set them down on the counter she was leaning against. She watched him as he came over to her leaning down to stare her in the face her eyes immediatly lowering. His question through her for a slight loop. Answering honestly in the moment might anger him. And she didn't want to anger him, nor did she want to lie to him. "I find this situation amusing Sir." She answered in an equally soft tone. Hoping that he wouldn't take it personally. She lowered her eyes further till she was practically staring at his shoes. |

Marcus quirked an eyebrow. "Hm. Bold." He stood back and motioned for her to stand. "Unfortunately, I don't like that in you, my dear." While he waited for her to get up, Marcus withdrew the piece of black cloth from his jacket pocket and shook it out before taking off his coat and throwing it across the back of the chair. After he had thrown off his coat, he folded the cloth over and used it to blindfold her. "Still amused, Kitten?" He asked as he stepped back. |

Joss's heart began racing as he told her he didn't like her boldness. She hadn't seen it as such. Just being honest. But she stood as he motioned her too. She gulped her fear not liking the fact that she had angered him. With her eyes down she watched him remove the length of cloth from his pocket. Watched his coat fall away as he took it off and threw it over the chair she had vacated. She gulped again in fear. "I'm sorry Sir." She mumbled as she watched him doubling up the cloth. She didn't move or say anything as he moved to tie the cloth around her eyes blinding her. Losing one of her senses made her pulse race. She could still feel him moving around her. But not being able to see his every little move drove fear through her. No she definatly wasn't amused right then. Fearful... and yet still excited. Was there something wrong with her? "No Sir." She answered him softly. |

"Good Kitten. Now don't move." Marcus walked back into the kitchen, and after a little rummaging, came back with a small knife. He stood and watched her fret for a few moments, letting the tension build before quietly walking up and guiding her towards her mattress. He turned her around so that she was facing him, and with a gentle shove, pushed her back onto it. He knelt over her body and watched her for a few moments. "Now this, Kitten, is amusing." He whispered as he used the knife to cut away the wife beater she was wearing, leaving only the mesh top she had under it. In moments he had skillfully skinned the skirt from her body as well. Marcus paused, knife in hand, to admire his handiwork, and to consider her body as it lay stretched before him. "You know, Kitten, you really are in excellent shape." He trailed a few fingers down her bare leg. "Yes, quite smooth. It would make me very happy if your whole body this smooth." He paused. "Except for your head of course." Marcus gently trailed the flat part of the knife down her undergarments. "Shall we try for more, or would you prefer not to continue, Kitten?" |

Joss stood stock still as Marcus commanded but she could feel her pulse racing especially as she heard him rumaging around in the kitchen. Her hands clenched and unclenched at her side unable to help it as her anticipation and fear rose. She felt him come near her again just standing there. And the smallest mew of fear passed her lips. She took a gasping breath as he finally touched her moving her around the apartment until she was standing at the end of her mattress. Knowing even without sight where she was. She gasped and let out a small screach as she was pushed back onto the mattress. She felt him move above her and she just mewled again as he declared this was amusing. She let out a small yelp as she felt the knife slide near her body cutting away the wifebeater. When it fell away her hand instinctivly went to cover the scars on her side where Scott had tried to pull out her intestins. Even as Marcus cut away the small skirt leaving her in only the mesh and the small boy cut panties. She gasped her back arching slightly as he touched her, trailing his fingers up her leg. She didn't say anything. As he couldn't see yet but she was already as smooth as he declared he wanted her to be, ...everywhere. She froze as she felt the flat of the blade slide along where her panties covered her. Her breath caught in her throat. "I... I..." She stammered. She wasn't exactly thrilled to have the knife so close to her body. But she didn't want to tell him to stop. He wasn't hurting her. She just had to have trust in him. Which was hard so early in their... relationship. But this was sort of a test not just for her. But for him. "Please Continue Sir." She whispered taking shallow breaths trying to keep her body as still as possible. ((OOC: Fixed as I re read and re understood last line. didn't notice the not before)) |

Marcus smiled down at her, the knife still caressing her covered nethers with the flat of the blade. "Mmm. Not yet, Kitten." He bent down and nuzzled her marked neck. "A bit early for that." His hand covered hers, gently but firmly moving it away from her side. Sitting up and looking at her scar, Marcus gave a feigned gasp. "What's this? An old hurt? Let me kiss it and make it better." As he spoke he sat up and repositioned himself so that his mouth was hovering over her scar. He slowly lowered his head down, giving her skin a soft, tender kiss. Slowly, he bit into her flesh, drawing any blood that escaped into his mouth. Mouthful after mouthful, he drew more of her into himself. After a moment, he stopped and sat back up. He used her ruined wifebeater to wipe the wound clean. "I seem to have ruined your outfit, Kitten. We'll have to get you a new one." He whispered into her ear, lying down beside her and watching her. A hand covered the small holes he had made, almost holding her. "Would you like that?" He asked, his breath trickling around her ear. Marcus smiled at her still blindfolded face. He had never intended to strip her bare, unless she had voiced protest. He would wait until she was completely his to take her to his bed. And it would be his bed, not hers. |

Her eyes clenched behind their blindfold as she still felt the knife pressing so close to her most sensitive of spots. She was holding her breath trying not to move. She let out a breath as he nuzzled her neck and told her it wasn't time yet. It was early. Was it? She didn't even know anymore. She was having a really hard time thinking straight with Marcus near her. Her neck stretched as he nuzzled. She whimpered though as she felt his hand push hers away from covering the jagged still pink scar. 2 weeks wasn't long enough to heal one of your own kinds wounds. The jagged pink scars were still raised but the whole area was no longer pink and swollen. And it didn't hurt anymore. She felt him sit up. Could feel his eyes on her and she had to fight not to raise her hand back to cover her latest imperfection. WIthout seeing it was hard to read body language as he spoke about kissing it better. But it did make her feel slightly better. SHe felt him shift so his mouth was actually over the scar. She smiled she couldn't believe he was actually going to kiss it. She sighed at the soft tender kiss then cried out as his fangs slowly punctured the flesh. Her back arched and not expecting it not seeing it her hand instinctivly went to push his head away. Her hands touched his head but she stopped herself short of actually pushing. FIghting for control she had to force her hands to fall away and not push as he drink from her yet again. She whimpered all the while. Then he was done and she felt him wiping at the new wound he had caused amist the old scars. Marking her yet again over the old. She gave a lazy smile as he commented on getting her a new outfit. She sighed as she felt him lie next to her once again. She couldn't help it she rolled, curled slightly towards him. "What girl doesn't like shopping." She said playfully. Breathing heavily still even as she smiled blindly. |

"I have just the place in mind, Kitten. We'll stop by there tommorrow." Since she seemed to have recovered so quickly, he assumed she would be fine in the morning. "I think you'll find the experience interesting." Marcus grinned at her as she rolled towards him. She seemed to want to touch him. It was still too early to allow her that. He gently forced her onto her back. "Now Kitten, I don't want you to get blood on the comforter, so you have to stay still." He propped himself up on his left elbow as he spoke, his right hand snaked down to cup her between the legs, his thumb gently teasing her through her panties. With his left hand he slowly stroked her head. "Now, it's time for you to answer two questions." He told her. He paused, still teasing her and smiling at her. "What is your name and who do you belong to?" He asked her, testing her mental agility. He wondered silently if she would answer correctly. |

Her smile fell a little as he pushed her away. It was frustrating when he was right there to cuddle with. She was a were creature, she thrived on touch, her old pard, all but Derrick had denied her that touch, it hurt when Marcus denied her that too. She just nodded as they said they would go shopping tomorrow. ANd she layed on her back as he told her too though she frowned a little at that. Suddenly she gasped as she felt his hand cup her. Her back arched, her legs spreading slightly it was not easy to stay still as he wanted as he did that. It wasn't hard to think as he did that, and here he was asking her to answer questions. Her eyes were now wide behind the blindfold, even though she saw nothing, as if having wide eyes would help her hear and think. SHe smiled though as his questions seemed so simple. "Jo....." Suddenly she cut off as she realized the trick in the questioning. She wished she could take those two letters back. She quickly spoke hopeing he wouldn't notice her slight screw up. "Kitten and I belong to you Sir." She said her smug smile was gone now. |

Marcus caught her slip up and debated with himself whether or not to punish his Kitten. A finger trailed from her neck down to her navel as he thought. He decided with a silent chuckle. "Close enough, Kitten, but you moved." With that, he removed his hands and got up, pausing to untie her blindfold. "You may get up now. Wash up and get ready for bed, and I'll go see if I can find something to cover your new mark until it heals." He stretched, groaning as his muscles got moving again. He felt slothful, like he did most of the time after he fed, but he needed to get back to his apartment before he slept. Marcus hoped that she was at the point where his absence would seem like punishment enough for her minor transgression. After all, she had stayed still, for the most part, and he was feeling merciful. It wouldn't be good to push her too far in their first few sessions. |

The feeling of his hand removing itself from her. Loosing his touch made her whimper. Made her feel suddenly cold. She blinked up at him as he undid the blindfold. Staring up at the beautiful man from her back. She got up as he commanded her. Padding softly towards the bathroom. "There's a first aid kit in the cabinet above the fridge." She said softly as she stopped at the closet pulling out an oversized tshirt and a clean pair of underwear to put on to sleep in. She moved into the bathroom turning on the shower, stripping, not bothering with the door she took a real quick shower.. Not bothering with her hair just soaping up and rinsing off her body before stepping out quickly drying off and pulling the oversized tshirt and panties on. Then padding back out into the main room. STanding there having completed his instructions not sure what else to do right then. |

Marcus made his way back to the kitchen and raided the first aid kit. He waited with his old standby, gauze and tape, as Joss took her shower. When she came out, looking for all the world like a little girl ready for bed, Marcus couldn't help but chuckle. He approached her and, without a word, flipped up her shirt so he could see her already scabbing mark. With a quick movement, he covered it with gauze and taped it into place. With a quick trip to his coat, he grabbed the gauze and tape from it's pocket and performed the same operation on her neck mark. "And now, Kitten, it's time for you to go to sleep." He folded back her comforter and gestured towards it as he pulled on his coat. "I'll come by in the morning to pick you up. Sleep well." He opened the door and paused to glance back at her. "Don't forget to lock the door behind me, Kitten. It wouldn't do for you to be injured while you sleep." And with that, he was gone, only his scent lingering in the room. |

She couldn't help but look down at herself as he chuckled at her. Looking down at the oversized faded black Tshirt she was wearing. She guess she did look a little funny in it. She couldn't help but stare at Marcus as he came over to her. Without a word flipping up her shirt to where he had marked her. The bite marks already scabbing over and healing themselves. But still she couldn't help but feel a flush of warmth as he took care of her taping up the wound. She didn't even say anything as he taped up the wound on her neck, which really didn't need it. She just smiled warmly as he took care of her, just like he said he would. Yes he bit her and took blood from her. But that seemed inconsequential. She smiled as he pulled back her comforter for her. Telling her it was time for bed. She moved towards the bed as he moved towards the door. She smiled after him. "Thank you Sir." She said softly. About to get into the bed. His sudden reminder to look the door had her scurrying after him though to look it once he was gone. She sighed once he left and went to crawl into her bed. She pulled the comforter over her head. Pulling the part he had layed on close to her nose so she could inhale his scent deeply. One hand laid over the guaze on the side of her stomach where he had taken away a scar of something she hated and replaced it with a mark she desired. She closed her eyes thinking of Marcus. Not even of how drastically her life had changed in the night. Thinking only of how Marcus made her feel. Wanted and taken care of. She drifted to sleep with those thoughts. |
