Sacred Cow's Make The Tastiest Hamburger!!!

She hadn't been to this club in a while, but she was feeling like something different and looking to hunt. Nothing was like drinking the blood of the intoxicated. Tempest wore a long strapless black vinyl dress that reached the floor and clung tightly to her figure, patten leather stiletos and black vinyl fingerless gloves that reached past her elbows. Her blond hair was pulled up high on her head, and ringlets cascaded from on top. Her makeup was dark and smoky, and her lipstick bright crimson red. She moved through the club enjoying the techno that poored through the speakers, when someone bumped into her. |

(Hope it's ok if I bump ya?) Jocelyn didn't know what to do with herself. Everyone she had come into intimate contact with in this city had disappeared. She had determined she was cursed. Now there were giant hulking dragons and an angry Mistress of the city and Joss was just a scared little cat in a big city. The fight club had closed down. She went to go to work one day and found the doors locked. No one answered the phone there. Zarick wasn't answering his phone he was just gone. The same thing with Alexander. There was no noise from his apartment he didn't answer his phone and there was a lock on the studio. Jocelyn was all alone again. And she didn't know what to do with herself. She had heard so many times of people drinking to forget their problems so she had decided to try it herself. So here she was charging up drink after drink on her credit card and 'dancing' to the loud techno music that filled the air. At this point she was so far pissed that her dancing consisted of stumbling and swaying from side to side. It was as she was making her way back towards the bar when she tripped over her own feet and stumbled into someone. She started giggling as she tried to get herself back upright. "Shporry soo Shorry." She giggled as her hand skimmed over the vinyl encasing Tempests arms and she used the woman's arm to get her balance back. Joss was smiling as her eyes focused on the woman she had bumped into then clung to to get up right. Her hand recoiled, quickly letting go of Tempests arm when Jocelyn realized who she had bumped into. *SHIT* She mentally screamed. "Shorry. Shorry." Jocelyn repeated starting to back away only to bump into someone else. Then pinballing and hitting someone else. "Sorry soo sorrry." Joss repeated over and over. |

She looked down amused as she watched the young blonde pull herself up using Tempest own arm to do so, normally she probably would have been mad about this but not this evening, she looked at the woman and thought, what a perfect meal has just fallen into my lap. The woman obviously recognized her and recoiled in fear, drunkenly falling back and forth as people pushed her away from them. Tempest stepped forward and grabbed her by her shoulders. " Child, calm down." She said soothingly over the music. " Let's have a drink." She stated more than asked, in the woman's state she doubted that she would deny the offer. |

Tempest had a somewhat sobering effect on Joss. Joss stared as the Mistress of the City clamped onto her shoulder and told her to have another drink. Joss stumbled as Tempest started moving towards the bar and she, in Tempest's grip could do nothing but follow. Her head was spinning and her cat was anxious. Wanting to run and hide away from the great big bad but the somewhat sober part of her knew that in doing so she would just put a bigger target on her back. She could do nothing but follow dumbly and numbly as Tempest headed for the bar. *Sober up sober up sober up. She maybe the one who has taken away the two men in this city you held dear and she can get rid of you too.* Her sober parted mind was trying to tell her but all she was thinking was. *Scared cat scared cat run away... but the bigger fish she will flay ... hmmm pretty shiny dress... wonder what it's made of* |

They reached the bar and the bartender was already there waiting for them, no doubt he had seen Tempest coming through the crowd. " I'll have a martini and put it in glass I don't want any of that plastic bullshit." She said smiling the whole time, she turned to the woman. " What are you drinking Jocelyn? She asked sure she had gotten the name right from there meeting at The Pit some months ago. She stroked the girls arm gently with her vinyl glove as she asked her question, eyeing her hungrily. |

Joss didn't realize she was staring at Tempest as they arrived at the bar. Not until Tempest said her name. Joss's eyes grew wide for a moment. Not sure what to feel at the woman remembering her name. Should she be scared or honored? She realized she had been asked a question and she shook her head trying to get through the fog in her brain. "Uhh... I... Kaluha and club." Joss finally said. This would make her 13th drink. Lucky number 13 god damn lycan metabolism it had taken 8 to even get a buzz. Her heart was racing in her chest as she stared at Tempest. She started to blurt out asking what had happened to Zarick but she caught herself at the last minute. Gripping the edge of the bar. "Maybe I should slow down." She mumbled. |

Tempest smiled as she watched the drunk woman's realization at who she was with, the shock never did get old, she still got a kick out of the fear she was able to place in a person. " Perhap's you should." She said synically to the girl, " But at least have this one before you quit, then I promise you a cup of coffee at the diner next store if your interested." She said wondering if the Jocelyn would take her up on the offer or pass out in a corner some where for some junkie to take advantage of. She laughed at the though, wondering which really would be the lesser of the two evils, and sure the woman was trying to weigh it out in her fuzzy brain also. She took a sip of her drink and hit the cigarette she had lit moments earlier, Alice DJ's " Fantasy" was blairing through the club. |

JOss gulped. She was scared to death of Tempest. She was scared of not doing what Tempest wanted even as Tempest gave her a way out. *If she was interested. Interested in getting killed?* Joss thought she just stared wide eyed at Tempest as she sipped at her drink. Joss sucked up the drink in one shot till it was gone. What more could the alcohol do to her. Tempest was a far more greater threat. She went to put her drink back on the bar but her perception was way off and she ended up missing the bar, letting go and the glass crashed to the floor. Thank goodness it was a plastic cup. But still the ice in it spilled out. Joss was staring down at the cup then up at Tempest. Suddenly even through her fear she found it funny and started giggling as she stared down at the spilled ice. Then up at Tempest. |

She watched as the nervous girl twitched, her hand slipping and her glass falling to the ground, she stiffled her laughter as the glass bounced on the ground ice clattering across the cement. Only after she saw Jocelyn begin giggling did she release her own laughter. It was quite funny, " Relax honey, I'm not out for blood tonight, well at least not in the scary sense, just looking for some good company, you need not worry this evening, I will not hurt you." Tempest said hoping to ease the woman's mind, but doubtfull that it would help. " So what brings you out tonight Jocelyn?" She asked taking a delicate sip of her drink, as she looked the woman over. She was quite beautiful, but it was her innocence that drew Tempest to her, the sweet smell of gulibility. |

Joss hiccupped as Tempest told her to relax. Not really the easiest thing to do around the Master of the City. But she did relax a little as Tempest laughed with her and told her she wasn't out for blood tonight well she guessed she was safe for the night but that didn't mean tomorrow would be the same. "Uhhh.." Joss mumbled as Tempest asked her what brought her out tonight. "The ushual... boy troublesh... work troublesh... jusht shquandering money caushe I don't know what to do with myself." Joss slurred, shrugged swaying on her feet a little she moved till she was leaning in against the bar. Gripping it to keep her upright. "You know the Pitsssh closhed." Joss continued to mumble on. "I get shome income from the warehoushe." Joss shrugged she was wearing a rather stupid grin right now. Why was she telling all this to Tempest? |

Tempest listened as the girl rambled on, she new the pit closed, she new Zarick was missed, but only her and the wind would truly know what had happened to the loud mouthed LeoKrist. At least some good had come from the man, Joss getting ownership of The Warehouse for instance. " So what is it that you have done with The Warehouse since you've gained ownership dear?" She asked slipping her arm around the woman's waist as she escorted towards the dance floor. |

Joss was too out of it to struggle as Tempest lead her towards the dance floor. She actually had to lean a little on Tempest to keep from tripping over her own feet, or actually falling down. "I... err nothing really... I ... I don't know how to run... a rave... I just letsh them do what they do..." Joss shrugged which caused her to sway away from Tempest. Though Tempest's arm around her waist kept her upright for now. She suddenly leaned in and whispered in Tempest's ear. "Shome shtuff they doos illegal." She whispered, though with the music it was more like normal voice rather then yelling, into Tempest's ear. |
