The idea of quantifying intelligence in such a manner is purely idiotic. As such I do not take any such tests and take other people's results with a pinch of salt as the tests are, to my understanding, not very good.

I'd normally agree except:

I understand they are fallible measures, they have been statistically ensured to be as accurate as can be expected (if you use proper intelligence tests like the wonderlik), and they are constantly being improved.

Also I should know this, being in a class on testing and measurement and all.

I think IQ tests are stupid unless needed for a certain job, and as such have never taken one. I do know that I rarely do good on tests such as this though, as I feel pressured and then I stop being able to think straight.
