OK, I thought you turned into Wonder Woman builder !! Anyway, the plans are quite simple - all you have to do is "profilelise" the fuselage - just the outline with 3/8 or 1/2 if you prefer, with 1/16 ply doublers on the nose area and the wings and tail will be as per plans ! I put flaps on mine - but your choice. Better squares with flaps but it it not a comp stunter.

Hey, Curare, Joyce has received the plans, maybe she will throw in some epoxy and Zap with it ;) It is coming to Bidadari this weekend - old and brown but still readable...
Talk about the old days ; there was this group of Malay boys in Bidadari who formed a band and always did Bee Gees songs. They were practising on a make-do wooden stage and singing "My World". My little brother and I turned up with my Keil Kraft Phantom Mite 049, started the engine and flew right next to them ! They did not complain cos we were young and silly !!

Hi ! Weather here is getting bad, so wood is warping and epoxy is taking
longer to set.... :-(

Nonetheless, here are more photos of my build:

Hi Beng, if you want epoxy to set quickly here in winter, you have to use a hair dryer !! And if you over-do it, the epoxy softens too much and goes where you don't need it.... and hardens even faster !! Here's where big boo boos come in !! :-/

Rockwell Commander is almost ready for painting but the weather has not been very kind to me, so I have checked the reports and they say that it will be 29 degrees on Saturday, "mostly sunny" :D . Having said that, I still don't trust the weatherman !!!

Hopefully, I will be able to get the spray painting done on Sat.

Happy landings !

Wings and fuselage painted and hanging to dry.

Next step would be for striping tape and windows to be painted on.

Thanks for the heads-up HB,

I just hope the weather holds out - but itseems fine and sunny over the weekend. Again can't trust the weatherman, they said it will rain this morning so I postponed my work to 10am instead; guess what ? no rain and 25 deg !!

Cheers
