Hi, would like to know if anyone has any recommendations for any commercially available Canned Spray Paints that would not get dissolved by diesel? Using acrylic then epoxy is really ugly as I get brush lines on the fuselage.

Paul,
Do you have a spray gun & compressor?
I can recommend you to some Automotive paint, they are pretty durable.
If you don't own a spray gun, try these aerosol cans
It is important to have a proper base coat for your paint to adhere properly.
Don't spray one thick layer in one go, but do it one thin layer at a time, fine sand (400 - 600 grid) between coats after drying.
Alternatively if you know of any nearby paint shop or know anyone working in an automobile spray paint garage, they may help you with some good hints.
A good skillful spray paint job takes time to acquire. It may be good to practice on some scrap balsa before attempting on your actual model.
Wishing you all the best on your endeavor.
