Real Ready-to fly stunt and team race models are also done similarly.
R/c models too are done this way with a technique of painting designs in the moulds. I don't know how it's done but seen the complete models that are smooth without ridges and steps at the paint lines!!
I rather leave it to the professionals, who make multiple models. Anyway, I can't afford to buy any of these models!! :$ :$

These are high performance sailplanes with a glide ratio of 40:1. They can cost upward of 100k, even more expensive than many of the light aircraft. Use of advanced composites and very exacting construction process is what drives up the price. Wingspan is huge - in the region of 20 M.
lf Ang can't afford them, very few people could!
When l feel the urge to fly 1, l can still satisfy it by buying a RC scale sailplane of 2 M windspan!
