After destroying a Hangar 9 PT-19, I rebuilt it, removed the dihedral, Stretched the fuselage, and hung a McCoy 35 on it. The McCoy didn't hack it. It weighs a ton. After a few more engine changes, I am going to try a Super Tigre G 21 40 that has proven very reliable. Here's hoping.

The ST G21 40 turns out to be a perfect match for the PT-19. All I need now is a bigger tank, which is easy considering how much room I have.

Installed a bigger tank, works perfectly. Perfect engine run. It's still a lead sled. Burns a lot of fuel.

The only way would be to replace the fuselage. This fuselage will most likely last forever. I need to bring the CG back a little. More weight.

Since I tore one gear out of the PT-19, I want to mount fuselage gear to the PT-19. The problem, I have a reinforcing block installed where the gear should be mounted. Solution, use a 2 piece gear mounted on the same side of the fuselage. Quick and dirty, but it should work.
