One of the main things to figure out for the game is when we'll actually play it. Right now, the evening work schedule for Amy, Matt and I is not determined, but hopefully we'll have it soon. Is there a generally preferred time for this to go down? Also, chances are it will be at my place, mostly for babysitter considerations. |

I proposed a game to Jon and Adrienne a few nights back, I was going to post here, but the popular idea was a weekly thing that alternated with one week being a PNP of some sort and the following week being a board game, to reduce the probability of burnout we always seem to hit. For me, I'm going to say Tuesday for want of a suggestion, but would say that whatever day Alternity practices end up being on will be the best day for me, unless it ends up being on Thursday nights obviously. I do have a game I'd like to run after this one too, so if the evening works out we have a follow up GM. |

i am interested but i like what kris has said about every second week perhaps. also i don't think i will be free on mondays, wednesdays or fridays due to rehearsals. or i may be late if we choose one of those nights. my rehearsal schedule isn't set in stone (at all) yet. |

My vote is for Tuesdays at 8pm, and if everyone agrees to alternate between two different activities every week. So far Tuesday looks good... that's also when I'd like to have Alternity practices if at all possible. |

I'll get my times all set out very soon, probably tomorrow after I find out when my weekly school assignments are due. Looking forward to playing with yahs. And to Alex; I can probably swing you a ride. (Oh!, this is Matt by the way) |

Um... I'll probably allow it, but I have to think about that and exactly how I'm going to build the setting. Though, I guess that having warforged isn't really contradictory to my concept. |

I'll hollah at you as soon as Alternity/Chekov practices get nailed down and we can work around that. |

I'm not sure I like the alternating RPG/Board Game concept, as that will make things more difficult for me as DM. Given that I don't use published material and rely heavily upon momentum and memory, lapses between games will make me lose focus... which will lead to a game that falls apart. I think games falling apart due to lack of focus is what tends to lead to their going stale and burnout. If an alternating schedule is what everyone wants, I'll try to do it, but it is not my preference. Right now, it's looking like Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening will be my nights off... that may change (ie. this week I'll be working Tuesday night). |

Well Tuesday remains good for me in general. Thursday will always be bad, and I'd rather avoid Monday. |

I think I'm working Tuesday night... I'll pop in to the store tomorrow and review the schedule. Wednesdays, it seems that Amy and I work days, so the evening would be open. Depends on if Matt is covering the evening shift though. |

Our schedule is sucking for getting this done. About the only time that might be open looks to be Sunday evening, since no one has to work then. The only days that both Matt and/or I are not working in the evening are Sunday, Monday and Thursday... Monday Matt has to do assignements, Thursday most of us are tied up with Improv... So, how's Sunday evening sound to everyone? |

Well, I'm going to run this game on Sundays. It's not perfect, but, the deciding factor in even running the game was to let Matt experience D&D, so the schedule has to conform to him. I guess we can maybe get together on Feb. 8 to start working on getting started?? For those who can't do Sunday, I'm interested in doing other gaming; RPG or board, on a different evening if you would like. |
