Kire sighs, tilting his head a bit, a strange expression on his face, blinking a bit, shaking his head as he mutters something to himself, raising a hand to his forehead as he blinks once more. A strange sound seems to echo off toward their left as Kire rubs his temples, groaning softly as a soft glowing can be seen, moving toward them, a strange blue glow bouncing about and twisting around in the air before coming to rest floating before Mizu who blinks, eyes wide as he steps back slightly. " And as the moon shall make tides flow, I grant you passage through the shadows throws," whispers Kire softly, that orb glowing as shadows surround it for a moment before a figure appears, wild blue-green hair falling around a tanned form with a strange silver-gold undertone, red eyes glowing as pointed ears twitch. " How'd you realm jump so quickly..."

" Hmm, well I was searchin' for somethin' yummy don' ya know Kire?" murmurs the new figure, smirking as sharp teeth are shown, blue hakama bottoms covering his legs, shirtless as he stretches, looking toward Mizu as he smiles slightly. " Well I suppose you do sorta resemble yer dad...got his eyes and that pasty white skin of his..." Mizu just blinks, starring at the figure before him in pure confusion, looking toward Kire who just smiles and then toward Simon and Celestine, confusion on his face. " Well I don' blame ya for not knowing who I am. You were just a little pup when I last saw ya..."

" You're...Treasure," whispers Mizu softly as the other winks, nodding as he looks around, attention turning too the burnt mansion as he just tilts his head a bit in thought. " The...fire spirit child..."

" Hmm, well it seems you've made yerself some interestin' friends," murmurs Treasure, golden bangles glittering around his wrists as he grins. " As for comin' too the island to train, from what Kire's told me about your abilities from yer dad's side there's not much more I can teach you. Plus you've got a Shadow Spirit mark on yer forehead now, which speaks to the point that those abilites are crying out for trainin'..." Mizu looks at the ground, a strange expression upon his face as Treasure sighs, looking toward Celestine for a moment as he smiles a bit. " So yer' the uncle of my little nephew's friend I take it?"

Celestine's attention was turned toward Kire when he heard the other man making an uncertain sort of noise, and his aura did something that he'd never seen it do before. Well, maybe a bit before when they'd warped together but while this was similar, it was also distinctly different. He wanted to voice some sort of concern, ask a question, but nothing came to mind so he stood there, feeling quite the idiot, until a new figure introduced himself into their midst.

Rune jumped up and back the moment the new man appeared, and then slowly smiled, as though it were one giant joke, or some sort of play that he'd been lucky enough to stumble upon. Urie sighed. He didn't get enough time away from lessons or the temple and so he was so easily enamored with everything that was even remotely new. But Urie couldn't begrudge him his fascination so he merely took a few steps closer to the group as though to show his odd amount of support for the fire spirit.

Celestine didn't expect to be directly addressed by the spirit who appeared to be Mizu's uncle. It did strike him as odd, that both children should have their parents gone somewhere and the only remaining members they'd seen were their father's brothers. But it wasn't so unusual as to get him notice...and how did that even happen?

He met Treasure's eyes, that was how he usually measured how long someone else would be able to tolerate being around him. He never tried it with humans unless he'd been sealed for over a month, but with adult spirits and magical beings of all types he initially met their eyes and saw how well his powers worked before he deiced he'd have to play the 'staring' game.

"Why yes, I am, but how in the endless realms did you know? There isn't that much of a family resemblance is there?' He asked, not offended to be recognized as Simon's relation, but quite curious about how Treasure would know when he hadn't been properly introduced to either of them.

" You both smell similar," murmurs Treasure as he licks his lips, grinning as Kire just moves to sit on the ground, rubbing his temples as Treasure sighs. " I suppose me using your energy signal as a connection point wasn't the best idea was it Kire?"

" Damn right it wasn't," mutters Kire, muttering to himself as he continues to rub at his forehead as he groans. " The pull always makes my head burn..." Treasure sighs, smiling apoligetically, blinking as he looks into Celestine's eyes as he raises an eyebrow ever so slightly.

" You know, you have a rather toxic stare there. I can feel it sorta burnin' but nothing too bad that I'd be running away for fear of my life," murmurs Treasure softly, tilting his head bit. " Burns more then Kire's does, but he's mad at me right now so he's making it burn..." Kire just smirks as Treasure sighs softly to himself, turning to look at Mizu.

Mizu smiles a bit, tilting his head as he moves to lean against Simon, tilting his head, blinking as he notices Treasure looking at him. " Yes? What is it?" murmurs MIzu softly, tilting his head as he smiles slightly at his uncle who smiles ever so slightly.

" Well you seem rather attached to that little light boy is all," murmurs Treasure as Mizu blushes bright red as Treasure just smiles to himself as he stretches slightly. " That's the kappa in you, when attachement's form they tend to be strong. It's good for you, having someone like that." Mizu just blushes as Treasure tilts his head a bit, looking toward Rune and Urie as he tilts his head a bit. " Did I startle you a bit little one? Didn't mean too..." Treasure tilts his head a bit, raising a hand to run through his hair as he thinks for a moment. " Well I probably should introduce myself..."

" No duh," mutters Kire, still rubbing at his temples, the headache a rather strong throb at the moment.

" Well I'm Treasure Kin, from Southern Japan, more specifically the Kin Island off the coast," murmurs Treasure, stretching as he smiles a bit. " I'm a kappa, a river spirit I suppose you'd say. I'm the 10th Family Head of the Kin Family clan and the eldest of 4 children," murmurs Treasure blinking as Mizu moves closer to him.

" 4...so I have other...aunts...or uncles?" murmurs Mizu softly as Treasure blinks, nodding as Mizu smiles.

" Okay then, yes I have 3 younger siblings. The youngest is Mizu's father Iberu, we've always called him Gem though," murmurs Treasure softly, smiling as Mizu listens attentively. " The second oldest is Erra. She's ten years my junior and unlike me isn't full kappa...she's a kappa-siren hybrid, she has a son named Yuu. The third sibling is Ren...your fatherss older twin." Mizu blinks, nodding, wanting to ask a question as Treasure sighs softly. " As far as I know your father is still alive Mizu, but he hasn't been home in a long time...decades at least." Mizu just nods as Treasure stretches a bit, looking toward the burning building and all the humans as he sighs softly. " And this is just proving to make me hungry..."

" You can't eat anyone here," murmurs Kire from his position on the ground as Treasure just sighs, nodding as he looks toward Charles as he tilts his head slightly in thought. " Treasure..."

" Shouldn't someone be organizing these people into getting somewhere safer...as in away from a burning and collapsing masnion," murmurs Treasure softly, a strange expression on the kappa's face. " Plus Kire looks like he could really use some place to lay down...and you'll be needing to start making calls to report what's happened here in some way or another if for nothing else, but insurance purposes...."

Mizu sighs, moving to cuddle close to Simon, yawning as he smiles at the other. " Well it seems...I have other family to meet," murmurs Mizu softly.

Celestine stepped back as Kire suddenly sat down in the middle of the grass. He kept his eyes on the people in front of him or else nonthreatening other areas where he would do no damage. He loved getting to use his powers, but he hated the aftermath, when he was far more dangerous to look upon than usual. He could almost feel his energies gathering around him again, the seal tight but not completely closed. There must be a conceivable threat somewhere nearby, what he'd felt in the mansion apart from Raye's spell that had consumed Caldwell. The being he'd talked to in the mirror. It had no ties to the mirror, but it was still there, imperceptibly to most others. Celestine could only feel it because he'd been close and had heard it's - his - voice.

Simon drew back just a bit as Treasure's eyes came to rest on him. He still wasn't used to being so closely evaluated by other people. It was odd. When he was a servant before most wouldn't look at him at all.

Rune only grinned back at Treasure as he introduced himself. "My line's never had any problems with water spirits, despite being fire ones so it's really exciting to meet someone whose powers are so different from mine," he said happily, much to Urie's exasperation.

'Well, as usual, what he said is true. Since you were so nice to introduce yourself...I'm Urie Saphier, and this is Rune, the only sibling of Hierarch Raye of the Ifros fire temple."

He realized he hadn't properly introduced them before, so now seemed as good a time as any. Urie reeled Rune back in with his hand, and the boy wrenched away, interested in what Treasure was doing as he seemed more in motion than the other spirits at the moment.

Charles blinked when Treasure's eyes left him, and he realized what the man was saying. "Oh yes. I didn't mean to linger, you just all started talking and. Excuse me."

He nudged Simon, pushing his shoulder as a common communication between them, quite human but proof of the time they'd spent together. Simon smiled around the rather tired group (save Rune) and took Mizu's hand.

"He means we're to evacuate to the first mansion, the larger one. No one's used it for years but until the police get here I'm sure they're going t want to keep everyone in one place."

Police. Celestine had had a run in with the human authorities once before, though he doubted that Charles would even steer them in the spirit's direction. There would be no trace of Caldwell, but he hadn't left the mansion despite all the servants mysteriously leaving so he'd probably be declared dead.

Celestine was in a much better mood at the thought of that. So much that he nearly offered Treasure a taste of his blood if he wanted to eat, but that would be rather mean, especially if it did permanent damage. But there was an odd smile on his face.

" Well that's good, cause my families never had any issues with fire spirits," murmurs Treasure softly as he tilts his head a bit in thought.
" Only problem we ever had was a troublesome electic spirit...the eventually married into the family...that was interesting too say the very least..." Mizu tilts his head a bit, listening ot the conversation as he presses close to Simon, smiling as he blinks at Treasure as he sighs softly.

Kire groans, standing up rather shackily, moving to stand near Celestine, eyes half lidded as he tilts his head a bit, the world seeming to dance and spin before him. " Celes...if I start to topple please don't let me fall on my face," murmurs Kire softly, starting to move toward the first mansion as he smiles tiredly. " I hate when people use me as a gate of sorts..." Kire smiles weakly, looking at Celes as he turns to look toward Treasure who is watching him worriedly. " I've known Treasure for a while now...since we were both rather young...his parents died young so he became head of the Kin clan rather early. Kappa's life span is similar to that of Tetuin's, though it depends more on enviroment and how well they take care of themselves over all. He and my sister Analai are good friends...our clans have a sort of pact between us in case of something bad happening on either side...there's an understanding that if anything untold happens to Treasure that I'm supposed to become the legal guardian of Mizu...as we have no clue where his father is..."

Mizu smiles, moving toward the first mansion, his shadow dancing behind him, Gami's eyes still visible as Mizu hums, tilting his head as he blushes a bit, leaning and kissing Simon's cheek gently as he continues to walk. Treasure smiles, watching the scene play out, amusement in his eye's as he thinks to the past, of Gem as he a strange expression plays at his face. Gem hadn't been like the rest of them who were generally rather loud. He'd been a calm figure who would sit quietly by the lake and watch the sky. His prey unlike most kappa's tended to be wild life instead of human's and his leaning towards mates...well Treasure wasn't about to let that cat out of the bag at the moment.

" Once we get inside...I could really use a cool bath," murmurs Kire softly, wincing as he tips a bit, falling against Celestine as he groans. " Sorry, my equilibrium's all to hell...Treasure's like family, I love the fool, but gods, couldn't he have just waited to show up?"

Celestine's senses were suddenly on Kire again as he moved back into his field of vision by standing up. It wasn't that he had forgotten him so much as he hadn't expected the other man to suddenly lurch to his feet when he clearly was feeling unwell. He cast a hand out cautiously but as Kire moved away he let it drop back to his side.

He followed Kire, vaguely wondering why he was moving if he was already exhausted. When he stumbled and fell back toward him, Celestine sighed and closed his eyes.
"I'm not certain I can easily get used to the fact that you are immune to my poison...but I do want to help," he conceded. Celestine took one of Kire's hands into his own and, concentrating, let some of his vitality, the part of his magic that was still getting past the not-fully closed seal, and allowed it to flow into Kire. He'd never done it before, except that one time, but that had been a very, very strange case and the outcome was far more deadly to his recipient.

"It's imperfect, but that should keep you on your feet," He explained, opening his eyes and looking toward the ground. Ridiculous. Why was he embarrassed at a simple touch?

Simon led Mizu and the rest of them toward the larger mansion, pressing through the crowd that was slowly evacuating, chattering amongst themselves, and he rushed through the seldom used door near the back, almost hidden by very well tamed ivy.

"Charlie will take care of the police and the servants. We can use the upper floor to rest," he said, gesturing for the rest of them to follow inside.

Rune and Urie followed at a distance, the latter unsure if they should go at all. He knew that Rune was curious about the interior of the mansion an the rest of the stories the other spirits held, but he didn't want to impose, nor was he sure if they were supposed to report directly back to Raye after the deed was done.

" I wouldn't exactly say I'm immune to it," murmurs Kire softly, a smile playing at his pale lips. " It just affects me differently then other spirits is more accurate...too others it weakens them...it strengthens me however...immunity speaks for too a point that it doesn't affect me at all." Kire blinks, a strange smile playing at the demons lips as he breathes out slowly, feeling somewhat better though still keeping a hand presses against his forehead. " Thanks, that's helping with the exhaustion, but it's not going to do much for my equilibrium problem, only thing that'll fix that is good rest...I doubt you've ever been used as a gate in a quick style realm jump..." Kire sways a bit on his feet, but stays up, following after everyone as he smiles a bit. " It's not the most pleasent technique as you're using whoever is the gate as a contact point and sending a large amount of your aura through the gate on your end. If the gate doesn't want to let you through, then you're generally rather exhausted on your end...some people's aura's are strong enough they force their way through before the gate can confirm or deny the request...when that happens it feels like your skulls being slowly pulled apart..."

Mizu smiles at Simon, nodding at the others words as he looks back toward Kire and Celestine, a strange expression on his pale face.
" That's good, cause Kire looks like he could really use some rest," murmurs MIzu softly, raising a hand to touch that silver symbol on his forehead as he smiles. " Oddly enough I'm full of energy at the moment, but some relaxation would be nice." Mizu looks back toward Urie and Rune, tilting his head a bit as he smiles. " Hurry up you two! We don't want to leave you behind!"

Treasure smiles, waiting for Kire and Celestine as the kappa yawns, those sharp teeth of his showing as he hums softly, stretching again as he tilts his head a bit in thought as he looks at Urie. " I like yer hair," murmurs Treasure softly as he grins. " It's a cool color, don't see many with such deep purple. Gem's was sorta lavendarish as a kid, but it faded to white many a year ago. We've got mostly blue's and pinks in my clan...Mizu's got his hair from his mom, but he's go kappa eyes and I wouldn't doubt some pretty sharp little pointy canine teeth..."

Mizu grins, his canine teeth most certainly were pointy, as were his ears, speaking of his kappa blood. His skin color was a combo between his parents. As Treasure had said, unlike himself who was tan, Gem had been very fair skinned as was Mizu's mother. His hair was all shadow spirit though from the long flowing, oil black hair and crimson streaks to the way it almost seemed to be alive at times. " So...are you considering going home with Celestine to meet your grandfather? murmurs Mizu softly as he looks toward Simon.

"Well you're immune to dying, which is really all that I find fascinating. I doubt my mind has been able to fully consider the possibility that you really do strengthen yourself from my blood and energies. You couldn't understand it unless you were me..." Celestine trailed off, glancing at the door frame as they entered. He'd nearly brushed up against one of the humans on the way after the two children, but he'd caught himself in time.

"When I was much younger I would hope, hope beyond belief that I could find someone who would want my company, someone who could stand it for as long as my father did, or some of his surlier associates. But every time I'd think I'd met someone who liked me, just wanted to speak with me, they'd always turn up ill. One even tried to hide from me the fact that being around me was bad for their health and he died...It wasn't worth that."

That was the past though, and Celestine had accepted the fact that he had to live and operate mostly alone. So he'd become masterful at keeping his distance from all social matters.
"You're the first person who's ever wanted to be close to me. My father and mother would barely touch me, even though they were less affected by my powers than others. But my mother was hardly nurturing and my father...I think he just didn't want to worry me. Why am I telling you all this anyway?"

Simon led the way up the stairs, where the halls became wider and the windows swept grandly from ceiling to floor, with elaborate draperies and rich artwork adorning the walls. It was truly a masnino for show, as only international and non familiar guests ever stayed, but Simon had always preferred it since it lacked the oppressive atmosphere his home had.

He led the way into a drawing room that was made for visiting, with a casual yet luxurious setup with couches, chairs, and a few tables in case guests wished to discuss business.

"We can't get anything in the way of hot food since the staff's probably discussing further employment, but I can get drinks from the bar," Simon said.

Urie pulled Rune along with him as they entered the house and he gave Treasure an odd look with the compliment he'd received about his hair. He glanced at the deep violet strands distractedly and merely nodded.

"It's from my mother. She's an ice spirit, from a branch water family, but her line is rather..."

"Mean!" Rune supplied.

"Don't imply my mother's mean, Rune," Urie chided. "Her family is though...but they're just as bad as my father's."

" Couldn't understand..." murmurs Kire softly, a strange expression on his face, his wings pulling tight to his back as he sighs softly. " I was born into the life of a Zakama royal, raised and protected from most of the cruelties of the outside world. I didn't know I was adopted until I was a teen and the shock of it sent me spiraling out of control..." Kire looks toward the sky, a strange smile playing at his lips. " My...siblings always treated me like I was something...dangerous and different that should be admired from afar, but not touched. The only one that treated me close to normally was Analai, but then again she'd pretty much raised me."

Kire sighs softly, a strange expression on his face, thinking for a moment as he looks at Celestine for a moment. " My aura...didn't feel like theirs so naturally it made them feel twitchy around me...I was something strange too them...not one of them," murmurs Kire, tilting his head a bit. " Touch is important...be it humans, spirits or demons...everyone wants it in some way or another. Everyone wants to feel close too someone...safe just sitting next to someone and leaning against them. The first time I really felt that was in Mikal's arms..." Kire falls silent, blushing as he fidgets for a silent moment, thinking too himself. " Political bargaining ended up in me becoming engaged too the then Prince of the Nation of Snow too our north...certain male demons in our realm can bare children...he was one of them...my son Okire was born out of a night of not quite concensual relations..." Kire sighs, rubbing his forehead a bit as he moves inside, following after the others.
" That was years before I met Mikal...and now...you're pulling at me in a way even he didn't..."

Mizu smiles as he wanders into the room, looking around as he moves to lay down on one of the couches, his shadow seeming to dance and spread out a bit around him, casting deep shadows around the couch as Gami appears a bit more fully, sitting on the floor near Mizu's feet. " You don't need to get anyone anything, we're all quite capable of getting things for ourselves," murmurs Mizu softly, smiling at Simon as he reaches out, grabbing the others hand and pulling him too sit next to him. " We don't have a master anymore Simon..."

Treasure blinks, smiling a bit as he tilts his head in thought for a silent moment. " Well I've dealt with some rather nasty relatives in my past," murmurs Treasure as he chuckles slightly. " But then again they were generally pregnant and all and a 50 year old kappa's pestering wasn't exactly amusing to them at the time...I did meet Mizu's mom once...she's not the most pleasent creature to cross paths with when she's in a bad mood...or even in a good mood from what Gem told me...she's a rather forceful creature...Mizu may get his hair from her, but he's got his build, eyes, skin tone and general personality traits from his dad...though I do see his mothers rather commanding demeanor is developing a bit."

Celestine listened as they made their way after the children to what Kire had to say about his life and the loneliness that he'd endured. Celestine couldn't imagine it, not that he really expected to considering his own life and perspective.

"I think that my brother could understand more of what you went through as royalty and someone to be left alone more than myself. It wasn't necessarily that the heavenly realm shunned me...they merely stayed away out of a sense of self-preservation. My twin was the older of the two of us and so he got given all the responsibilities, and this was even more conclusive since I wouldn't be able to act in any normal capacity. But he had his problems too so it's still just my father...not that he's dying anytime soon. I'm not entirely sure he even can."

But the knowledge that Kire had been forced to marry someone else and even father a child was something of a concern to Celestine. He nudged him softly (which is a rather big gesture for him) and cast his eyes toward the ground.
"That's...I never realized that you had a child. It's not uncommon, most magical beings since we live so long tend to have at least one, but that doesn't sound like the most amiable relationship that you had with your spouse."

He didn't know what to say to the notion that Kire felt pulled more toward Celestine than he had toward his first lover. Perhaps it was because the sheer burden of Celestine's loneliness was almost incomparable due to his personal circumstances? Or maybe Kire was a sucker for a hopeless cause. "What was your lover like? Do you still converse with his spirit even beyond death?" That wasn't totally uncommon either. Depending on the attachment and the life path, some magical beings refused to be reincarnated or to go onto 'paradise' as his heavenly peers had called it, instead choosing to remain somewhere within the death realm to watch over matters from that side. It was preferable for those who wanted some ties to the living worlds.

Simon didn't expect to suddenly be pulled down to sit next to Mizu. He wanted to protest, that he wasn't acting like a servant, but before he could even open his mouth to say the words, he realized that Mizu was right. It was a new concept though, that he wouldn't be in danger of being found by Caldwell or worked to the bone everyday just because Charles was clever and capable.

"Y...you're right. I guess it's sort of my default mode."

Urie smiled nervously when Treasure talked about his own family.
"Sounds a little like my auntie when she's pregnant. She's a fire spirit who lives on the opposite side of the river from my mother's family. She's had fifteen children to date and she and her wife are keen on making more. If I hadn't chosen to stay with Hierarch Raye and take on Rune as a pupil I would likely be stuck educating her children. "

Rune pulled a face at that. He was quite attached to Urie, despite his sometimes rudely honest words to the man.

"My family's terrible, really. I said they live on opposite sides, and that's been the problem. Apparently in their realm, on the edge of this one, there was a small war between noble ice and fire families and they swore to fight for all their generations. And that was all good and well until my father and my mother caught sight of each other during a raid. they hated each other...for years and years and years until they were stuck in the middle of one of those same raids and...well the end result of their passion was me. They love each other now but their elements are so fiercely opposed from generations of elemental purity that I turned out like this."

"He says that's why people shouldn't hate, especially for no good reason." Rune supplied.

((I was kinda bored today so I colored
Another Urie and Another Celestine. I was too lazy to color Celes' clothes (and he doesn't smoke D: ) but I hope you like them : D ))

" In some cases it was self preservation on others behalf's when I was younger," murmurs Kire softly as he wanders into the room, moving to sit down in a chair as he smiles lightly. " I was a terror at times and my aura wasn't the most...pleasent for some people...especially after my little gift of detoxification was discovered..." Kire tilts his head a bit, eyes half lidded as he looks at Celestine for a silent moment, thinking if he should give out this next bit of info. " My sister...assisted Mikal in reclaiming his homelands shortly before he was killed..." Kire sighs softly, raising a hand to his forehead. " So in all truth that makes me the sitting King of Teshme in my realm...though currently my sister is overseeing the reconstruction of the nation..." Kire blinks as Celestine nudges him, smiling slightly as he sighs. Kire's smile fades at the mention of his son however.

" Yes, his names Okire...Okire Meikela, heir to the throne of the Meikelan Nation in my realm," murmurs KIre softly, eyes half lidded. " He's about 100 years old now, though the Meikelan's age a bit differently from Tetuin's or Zakama's so he looks older then I did at the same age...I've never actually met him though...as for an amiable relationship with Madenea...before we were forced to be married we were rather good friends...that night though tore any possibilty of frienship apart..." Kire sighs, falling silent as he blinks at Celestine's next word's a gentle light in his eyes as he tilts his head in thought.

" Mikal was a refuge from the war of his nation, the last surviving member of his family," murmurs Kire softly, tilting his head a bit as he smiles. " He was a shy, sweet natured boy when I first met him who would blush at the littlest compliment. He'd sit in the gardens watching over the plants there and just watching the sky. His aura was calm and gentle, while mine was a twisting, harsh turmoil back then. I was a Nephilim Knight and personal guard to my sisters eldest son Abani back then...he was under my sisters guardianship to protect him from possible assasins. When Abani got old enough to not need my full protection Mikal was passed onto me...I'd admired him from afar for so long...it didn't take too long to find out we both fit together like two pieces of a puzzle..." Kire falls silent, tilting his head a bit in thought. " He...helped to put me back together afte the terror of that night with Madenea...it took quite a while for me too even be able to lay down next to him and not flash back too that night..." Kire falls silent, shaking his head as he smiles a bit. " I speak to him on occasion...that whispering with my sword...that's Mikal..."

Mizu smiles at Simon, cuddling the other close as he giggles softly, nodding. " Well it'll take time to adjust, but it's nice not having to pretend anymore," murmurs Mizu softly. " I guess I won't be having to call you Lady Simone all the time now...though it was sort of fun..." Mizu tilts his head a bit, raising an eyebrow in thought. " I suppose we'll have to find you some less girly clothes Simon...me I like my frilly things, but I doubt you really want to keep wearing dresses now..."

" 15 kids...that's alot," murmurs Treasure, tilting his head a bit as he smiles. " I've got 3 siblings and only Gem is actually a full sibling. For a while there the parents weren't really keen on each other so found...so more amusing bed mates I guess you'd say..." Treasure grins, tilting his head a bit as he moves to sit on the floor, licking his lips slightly. " Well that sounds a bit like ole' Kire's family, though it's more a couple of crazy elder sister's all mad and huffy that their eldest sister the Queen went off and fell in love with the then Prince of their enemy nation. It wasn't really a big deal, just a couple murders and such in the past, but so is politics of a realm of rather interesting demons..."

Celestine found it strangely how freely Kire gave information about his life to him. Celestine had said things, certainly, but he'd also left quite a lot out, mostly because he'd never shared it with anyone. That was one of the biggest differences between the two of them, despite how long they'd both lived, the beings had been through quite different trials.

Celestine sat down in the chair closest to Kire and leaned back slowly. He looked to his hands, hoping to remove his gloves only to find he wasn't wearing any. He must have just forgotten to put them on earlier what with the head injury and all. While listening to Kire's tale, he glanced down at his turquoise hair, since it wasn't ever Celes' habit to look at people when he was speaking to them. Eye contact was one form of reaching into the soul, and his powers manifested quite visually usually so prolonged eye contact was almost as bad as being touched with his blood for many creatures. His somewhat wavy hair had grown as a result of the release of his powers, a bit more this time that it usually did since it had been so long. The length had altered from right above his shoulders, to few inches below them. He briefly wondered, distractedly, if he should cut it, but his attention was soon championed by Kire and his fingers fell from his locks.

"So you two used to be friends. I wouldn't wish to make you uncomfortable or ask more about it, but it is helpful to know about something so traumatic in your past. All events shape our lives, so I've found, but certain ones do far more damage than others."

Hearing about his former lover lightened the mood in the room a bit, and Celestine found himself glancing at Kire curiously when he talked about Mikal.
"It sounds like you really love him. How unfortunate, that you two should be separated by death. It almost seems mortal, in a way. But I've always had a strange perspective on life and death because of the nature of the beings my parents are." He glanced Simon's way. "I'll need to tell him eventually...because he's so much like him."

"But...surely if he has a link to the world of the living, there might be some way to find him a vessel," Celestine mused. Due to his job, he'd seen quite a few amazing feats. Nothing was impossible, or nearly nothing.

Simon flushed when Mizu said that he wouldn't' have to pretend to be a girl any longer. He shook his head and smoothed out the fabric of the dress he'd been wearing all day.
"I can't say I really mind playing dress up with you, but the things I'm used to doing really don't lend themselves to me wearing frilly clothes, as you say. I'm sure it doesn't really suit me."

Urie entered the room with Rune last, and he'd already judged these people safe to be around Rune (but the other way around still remained to be seen in his mind) and thus he allowed the boy to race over to where Simon and Mizu were seated and he launched himself onto the sofa directly across from them.

"His sounds a bit more interesting than my family's tired problems. No one can even remember why they started fighting where I come from. It's ridiculous. Strangely enough, both sides of my family don't hate me for carrying the blood of the other but I'd be lying if I said they weren't disappointed in me."

And I'm damned if I do and I'm damned if I don't;
So here's to drinks in the dark at the end of my road.
And I'm ready to suffer and I'm ready to hope;
It's a shot in the dark aimed right at my throat.

Kire smiles a bit, watching Celestine as a strange expression plays at his lipss, tilting his head a bit as he leans back, looking up at the ceiling as he sighs softly. " Yes, we were actually pretty close as children," murmurs Kire softly. " I lived in his nation for a while after the first of many wars broke out between Analai and my two other sisters...we were just never really drawn to each other in a...sexual sort of way...at least I wasn't...his actions that night speak too the fact that he must have been at least somewhat..." Kire sighs, a strange expression on his face at Celestine's words.

" I'll always love Mikal," murmurs Kire as he tilts his head a bit, a smile playing at his lips, before disappearing at the next words that escape Celestine's lips, falling silent as he looks out a window, a strange energy seeming to dance in his eyes. " It's...natural that's what it is...not mortal...just natural..." Kire sighs, tilting his head slightly as he moves to his feet, a strange expression on his face, moving to sit on the arm of the chair Celestine's sitting in. " Being's like myself and MIkal don't lend well too having their souls put into new vessels..." Kire smiles a bit, reaching out as his fingers move to play with a strand of Celestine's hair. " I've seen others attempt to put souls into new vessels...I...tried myself with Mikal, but he rejected that vessel...it causes more pain then good in the end...he may not have a physical form, but when I wish to speak with him I can...and in all truth that's all I ever thought I wanted when our relationship began so many years ago...given the physical pleasure isn't anything to sniff at...and I've gotten over my fears of touch and become a rather tactile person since I first met Mikal...but I'm not like my siblings who would rather just roll around in bed then speak with their love..."

" Well I think for the moment it suits you just fine...but you're going to grow up to be alot less petite then me most likely," murmurs MIzu, stretching a bit, looking at Gami who's still covered in shadows, those red eyes watching everyone as Mizu smiles, blinking as Rune runs over as he tilts his head. " Well how nice of you too join us...I was starting to feel rather outnumbered by adults, but now all us kids are sitting here together..."

" Disappointed because of something you can't control?" murmurs Treasure, sighing as he makes a face. " You can't well control who your parents are anymore then anyone else and you can't control what crazy things your genes will do and how your powers will or won't develop either. Just because someone thinks both their parents are some sort of spirit doesn't mean something latent won't take hold and make their elemental affinity totally screwy...take Mizu for example. He was bred in hopes that his mothers succubus gene's would take hold and make him the perfect little slave...instead his kappa bloodlines took control and he's this feisty little thing that very well could kill someone if he so felt inclined..."

Celestine wondered what he would do if anyone important to him truly died. He hadn't really had that problem thus far. His parents and twin were still around and except for his brother's strange body condition, he never worried much about them either. It was likely that if his mother did die one day that she would merge with the chaotic void that had birthed her and likely just be spit back out again in a different form, so no loss there. His father...he didn't want to think about right at the moment, but that extended to his brother.

The man started when Kire was suddenly close. He thought he might shrug away with the light touch to his hair, but his body seemed wiser in matters like this and he merely gave the other man a curious look, almost as though he was shocked he'd even want to play with his hair. It was great camouflage for his expression, with his long, unruly bangs and the sweeping nature of it. That was the main reason why he dealt with it at all.

"So you've tried. I suppose if you're satisfied being able to speak with him then that's the way that your relationship developed. As for touch, I rather think I understand your old reluctance for it, but that's no surprise from me. Having people close is akin to being a murderer so it's natural that I should be less than eager to go around touching people."

He lowered his voice to try and exclude the kids, though they seemed tied up in their own affairs. "I've never had sex with anyone since it's hardly worth a being's life for a few moments of pleasure, or so I've heard."

Simon blinked, thinking about how he might look in the future was confusing. "I hope I don't get big, it'd be inconvenient if we couldn't see eye to eye anymore."

Rune laughed at that. "Sis says that boys have an obligation to get tall, and I told her I'd make sure to keep my end of the deal up so I can take any height you don't want."

It made no sense, but Rune was following them in his own way. He was new to their small group, and instead of being nervous or withdrawn like other children might have been, he merely interjected himself into the conversation in quite a curious way.

Urie stood against the wall, which seemed to fit with the uber polite appearance he kept and looked to his conversational companion. Odd, that he should talk to a water spirit after spending so much time around fire ones in the temple. It was refreshing (and he chided himself for making a pun)

"They're disappointed because I've never been able to cast a single spell or move a single element. My magic's there, it's just so perfectly in balance and so perfectly opposed after generations of counter-breeding that it cancels itself out perfectly. I have my father's skin, my mother's hair, my grandfather's eyes, and I'm told, my grandmother's personality. I don't see how she stood them."

Kire smiles, the demons eyes half lidded as he just plays with that strand of hair, his own falling in thin braids around his pale face he breathes out slowly, that blood gem around his neck glowing slightly as Kire nods. " Yes I did, shortly after he died," murmurs Kire softly, a strange expression on his face. " For my trouble I ended up with the nicest wounds..." Kire shrugs, eyes half lidded as he rubs at his forehead. " But it was worth a try...I'd only seen Tetuin and Zakama demon spirits reject a new veseel and Mikal wasn't either so I thought I might as well try. As for the touch thing...I was fine with it before that night...I was fine with it even a few days after that night...once it all set in...then people were getting kicked rather harshly when they came within 3 feet of me...it wasn't a good time..." Kire sighs, waving his hands slightly before him, a gentle glow surrounding them as a strange smile plays at Kire's lips, a concealing spell slowly disappearing as burn scars are revealed upon his hands. " Murder seems to be a family affair...once when my sisters visited...there was too be a treaty written up...they tried to murder my younger nephew Dederic...I pulled him out of that fire just in time...but we both sustained nasty burns..." Kire sighs, eyes half lidded as he looks at his hands for a silent moment, before blinking at Celestine's words as a smile plays at his lips.

" Well I would guess as much," whispers Kire, a strange smile playing at his lips. " Physical pleasure is wonderful, but you're right it's most certainly not worth death for a few fleeting moments of it..." Kire tilts his head a bit, twisting a strand of Celestine's hair around one of his scarred fingers. " Though from experience it is one of the best ways to release pent up stress..."

" Hmm, well I'll get at least a foot taller I'd say," murmurs Mizu, smiling at Simon. " I mean I'm so little right now, I should end up at least 5 ft and a few inches tall...but I'm sure you'll be a little bit taller...Celestine isn't overly short after all...and he's your uncle..." Mizu looks toward Rune, smiling a bit as he looks the other over. " I am sure you'll get too a good height, though with how energetic you are you always seem to be off the floor a bit..."

" Hmm, well as I said that's not your fault," murmurs Treasure, tilting his head a bit as he smiles. " You're a good teacher to that kid and that's what counts. Good teachers are difficult to come by, especially for those that are so energetic and powerful...I fear I'll be searching for a while to find a competent teacher for Mizu...and poor Gami there has too teach himself...there's no one else even slightly similar so the poor boys all alone in training. Though he seems quite capable already...using Mizu's shadows how he is..."
