I have seen pixar movies when i was a kid. I just find it odd that alot of people don't want to admit that they are infact kids movies.
Watch Up and tell me it's solely a childrens movie.

Same, I found 9 entertaining but I didn't find it brilliant (unlike the short film it was based on which was spectacular).

And Coraline was a brilliant movie.

I for one will be forever gratefull that an adult element is added to these 'kids' movies. It certainly makes sitting through them dozens of times with the little ones more enjoyable for me too.

Yep thats always going to be my response. Oh, and another thing, seeing as you guys believe that just because kids movies have adult themes and whatnot in them doesn't still make them kids movies here's a question if an adult movie has themes in it that would appeal to children does it still not make it an adult movie?

Amazing, you're so hellbent on classing these movies are purely kids movies. Lets go people, we are wrong for enjoying such juvenile endeavors such as watching children's movies. So, Little Big Planet, Banjo Kazooie, Conker, Modnation, Every mario game ever made must be only for children.

You're using a similar arguement to that used by people who class videogames as "for children"

Jesus it's like hitting a brick wall over and over. I'm not saying don't enjoy kids movies I don't give a shit what you watch and don't watch i'm just saying that just because as you put it "they have mature themes therefore they can't be kids movies" doesn't mean they aren't still kids movies.

I'll stray from the argument for one sec, but I went to see Toy Story 3 last night, an excellent movie and highly enjoyable. I would definitely see it again if I could find someone to go with.
