Maybe they could both exist though I see people switching over to ecigs once they've tried and see it works.

Yass another measure taken recently is 'plain' packaging of cigarettes , and tobacco being stocked behind concealed shop panels to deter the young from being 'influenced' by labelling and in purchasing cigarettes...
