Have any smokers in the group tried/switched to ecigs yet? Some claim it is a way to quit smoking, others say it is a healthy alternative to smoking. I think it is probably as addictive as smoking cigarettes but does have benefits and is probably a better option to cigarettes. There is no tar, it doesn't leave a person smelling like an ashtray, and it satisfies as a replacement for a regular cigarette. The eliquid comes in different strengths, from 0ml nicotine to 26ml which is very high (like smoking without a filter), then there is middle of the road which, I think, the majority of people use at 11ml (a light cig) or 16ml which is medium strength. The eliquid consists of vg, pg, either all of one, or a mix of both, which, imho, is the best. VG, also know as vegetable glycerin is what makes the vapor (that looks like smoke). PG, also known as propylene glycol is what gives the throat hit. When a mix, the best ratio is higher on the vg side, such as 60% vg, 40% pg. Strangely, besides coming in traditional cigarette flavors such as camel, marlboro, turkish, winston, lucky strike, menthol, the ejuice comes in a large variety of other flavors, such as berry, apple, cinnamon, tiramisu... huh?? What is tiramisu?? yeah, that's what I said when I saw that, and so I looked it up. Turns out that tiramisu is an Italian dessert made with chocolate and espresso and cafe liquour, cream, and I don't know what all but it sure sounds good. I wouldn't mind trying some tiramisu ...the dessert, sometime. This picture is from an ecig lanyard ad on ebay.
