Assures public safety, despite government history of dangerous biological testing on the American public

The Department of Homeland Security will begin releasing a dead bacteria into the Boston subway tomorrow in an operation it says will test sensors designed to detect biological agents that could be released as part of a terrorist attack.

Little is known about what exactly the bacteria consists of, and the DHS has not been very forthcoming with information, saying only that it is a “non-infectious” material that has been “approved as a food supplement”.

This really is a sad thing, you know? We have no idea what they are telling the DHS staff, most likely the same thing. They would have no idea either.

The fact that they are doing this, means . . . . "problem, reaction, solution". . . they want to pre-set up the idea that this is possible. Create fear about it. Cause people to -want- DHS monitoring and testing of subways (i.e. make their presence common in subways w/bio-gear). And then eventually set up an incident. Heck, the gov is rife with setting up scenarios to justify it's own control over things, history has shown that over and over.

Look at what they have done on cruise ships already! Lots of microbe testing on cruise ships.
