http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=sWRDjgByyzY the complementary solar imagery was key:hydrogen nuke, hotter than sun's surface, and the motif of the circle with the dot in the center that is placed in a matrix over the walls of the mindkontrol room is astrological symbol for sun behind band, on the wall, is a metallized version of the sun (another poster said it was the black sun of the nazi thule group) and at the last, the band blows a hole through the m.k.rypt wall, and the sun is shining through and flooding the room with light... (tried to post the above as a comment, but it youtube wouldn't take it) at 00:33 there are two groups of 3 the O with . in it, one on either side of chair (and chair has 2 groups of 3 holes)...is astrological symbol for sun...33 is highest revealed degree in one form of american freemasonry (york rite...?maybe) and is that of the knight templar a great song which works with the video a la kubrik's "a clockwork orange" and "the manchurian candidate" ...but some commenter on youtube said that it was sick how many people have suicided themselves while listening to it.. |

I believed what you are saying when I saw their first video (the first that I remember) entitled "Black Hole Sun". I led me to believe their band was centered around Nazi ideals. Just for the record, I liked the song, but, I noticed them repeating one phrase over and over "black hole sun, won't you come". |

repetition is one of the basic tools of mind kontrol... have you seen the style of ads on tv of recent years where the exact same ad is repeated at least twice in the same minutes long block of advertising? a new application of an old mind kontrol koncept |

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=qiSkyEyBczU i dont necessarily think that soundgarden is "Bad" so to speak. Their music is a little on the depressing side, but has massive and subtle energy. Plus it is quite possible that 'black hole sun is one of the earliest public attempts to bring the concept of the solar system's upcoming galactic alighnment. You know when reality breaks down and stuff. I find them pretty fascinating. "Times are gone for honest men...sometimes far too long for snakes."---who knows what this line means? im not saying to go out and become a soundgarden groupie, but dont discount them right away. I think there is something to be learned from listening to them. They came through the same mode as nirvana and pearl jam. Well cobain was assasinated and pearl jam is doing free shows more often then not now. These bands dealt with human pain and healing. "Ohhh Im still alive!" I was always fascinated with soundgarden and their poetry. If they know something about all this they are trying to say something about all this. And they did it over a decade ago, long before galactic allgihnment was a mainstream issue. Thanks for bringing these guys up. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=qiSkyEyBczU |

as long as were on the subject of bands heres radiohead with karma police, probably one of the most thought provoking songs ever, and came out of that grunge mode in the nineties. Though i believe they are british. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=5LeLAELIxKY |
