Somewhere I saw the fact stated that this morning there was supposed to be a "bloody moon" moonrise if I get up reaaally early in the a.m.

Well, I was up at 6:15 and the moon was SETTING on the western side, still above the rooftops.

Any comment on this? I don't keep track of the moon much, but sometimes I think it is where it should NOT be at different times....as in the totally wrong place. Normally we can see the moon from a southern facing window go across the sky at night. The fact that it was still in the sky this a.m. kind of made me wonder. I haven't cked any rise and set charts yet.

It could be Epona, anythings possible at the moment! I know some people are more sensitive & clued in to where what should be,

Here's another photo & comment from Aquarian visionary arts;
..." For many Europeans, the Sun and New Moon rose together on January 4 in a partial solar eclipse. Arriving close on the heels of the new year, it was the first of a series of four(!) partial solar eclipses due in 2011. This composite image documents the graceful celestial event in colorful morning skies over Graz, Austria. Beginning before sunrise, frames were taken to record the position and progress of the eclipse every 15 minutes. As Sun and Moon rose above the eastern horizon, the town of Graz is seen bathed in warming sunlight only partially blocked by the New Moon, spreading beneath the town's landmark clock tower."
