Please open the file attachment and use the instructions there. I've include screenshots in that file and am hoping that since the file type is rich text, the board will let you view the screenshots along with the text even if your view images setting is not currently turned on. I am also posting the steps here, but suggest that you try using them in the attached file. Viewing images is a preference setting. To view images, you would need to do the following steps. 1. Log into your account and click where it says Preferences in the top right part of your screen. 2. Click where it says Board Settings in the left part of your screen. 3. Verify that the box next to Show Images has a check mark in it. If the box does NOT have a check mark, then click on the box to put a check mark in it. 4. Click on Save Settings. You should see a Notice that says Settings Updated. You should now be able to view images. Note: If you complete the above steps and are still unable to view images on the board, you may want read and follow the instructions at these two links (thanks yass for these links): http://ask-leo.com/why_dont_pictures_show_when_i_visit_websites.html http://ask-leo.com/whats_a_browser_cache_how_do_i_clear_it_and_why_would_i_want_to.html Also, the problem could have to do with any ad-blocking software you are running, which sometimes block out innocent images.
