Allegiance to Truth, what a neat tale! Color is a big part of my life too. Struggling with myself over what would be practical to wear that day vs. what color I can and cannot tolerate that morning is something else. And I like to see how many people are wearing the same color at work. Interesting.

Rony, never thought about blood component changing from era to era, affecting skin color. Great find on that one! But copper would make it blue? Would think it would be silver instead (remember that disease if you drink too much silver you turn blue?). Guess iron rusts red and copper rusts greenish-blue, silver tarnishes black, and gold just shines (wonder what color they were?).

edit:

Paul, you read the Urantia book? I'm impressed cause that is so BIG. I tried about 35 yrs ago when it first came out. Just too big with thin pages :$

Ronyinferz, I loved your concept of blood types according to eras, I can imagine a Golden Age where everyone had a golden hue about them as I've heard that pure gold is a clearer, lighter colour than the yellow were familiar with, nevertheless, the idea of gold based blood gives it a noble touch. Am also wondering if blood viruses are a legacy of this era, it could have been that with other eras viruses were destroyed on contact? It's also been surmized that at one stage we functioned on a higher frequency & instead of blood we had light in our veins?
Epona, I see colors as part of the Doctrine of Signatures, & they really do reflect our moods, actually need to go through my wardrobe & get some brighter colors also more white! I can look at certain clothes & remember what I was going through at the time of purchase!
thought this youtube was interesting & I include colors with Doctrine of Signatures, usually red indicates poison or stay away, the Opium Poppy has the pattern of a black skull & bones in the centre, quite fascinating......

A stupendous insight of civilizations past has now been confirmed by today's
investigative, nutritional sciences. They have shown that what was once called
The Doctrine of Signatures was astoundingly correct. It now contends that every
whole food has a pattern that resembles a body organ or physiological function
and that this pattern acts as a signal or signs as to the benefit the food provides
the eater. Here is just a short list of examples of Whole Food Signatures.
