Here is another related vid you need to check. Moving white bogie from left to right all the way across, looks like has a tail. Left to Right Bogie 1/3 down from top Now THIS is fascinating one too..... this one has a white thing that hops out of a just swamped white thing (most likely a car) and hop/flies from thing to thing and at one point I thought I saw 4 legs and wondered if it was a white cat, but it can't be because it would have floundered at points along the way in watery places.
