Yass...I just noticed that you removed what I had so wrongly posted...That was very nice of you, thank you...but Robby does have a point...Your call yass,I'm ok.Oh! I almost forgot! I just got my first tattoo today! It's about a foot long black and red tribal tattoo that I designed. It took four hours.I never asked for a break.Wanna know why?Because two years ago I was in a court ordered counseling program, lol, that's just a pretty way of saying anger management.I was told to make a list of events that I will make happen, when all is said and done.I am waiting on the divorce to be final, and the tattoo was an everlasting sign that hangs on the door of my past that says, closed. The artist kept asking if I needed a break...It's very big and full of color.I mentally walked through my memories...From the time I was 16 when we first met til now at 43,when we become divorced, during the 4 hour tattoo.I hope this works.

^o) I think all this STUFF we get all balled up in has been very cleverly designed.

Think about it. High fructose corn syrup is joy-juice for cancer cells, guaranteed to be in almost everything you buy. MSG affects the brain/nerves and is in more products than you think and is called by several names http://www.truthinlabeling.org/hiddensources_printable.pdf

Aspartame is poison, end of story. Benzo something (sorry, forget the long word) in soft drinks is worse than the aspartame. Note that coke is used by the cops to get dried blood off the highway. My aunt used it to kill stomach flu (it worked). If you pick up almost any foodstuff you will find either a variation of msg or the cornsyrup or something like TBHQ (rocket fuel) that is now in many crackers, and even now in Reeses peanut butter cups (low blow!).

That is a mini-rant on food additives. Now about the stuff they put food IN. Many cans have lead solder, or pthalate-laden liners, or could be zinc/tin coated. Not to mention styrofoam cups for coffee or people microwaving food in plasticware that is NOT meant to do that in -- hello dioxin!

Now that's stuff in food, stuff food is in, and then you have the crap they put on food when it's growing (little regulation on fertilizers, perfect example being the recent egg problem via the animal food) and let's not forget your friendly pesticide potions. Oh, and lets keep going! What about the clothes you wear, the chemicals they dye them with and make them out of (they are on your skin 24/7). Then the most innocent of all -- cleaning products. Shampoo, soap, toothpaste, hairstuff, house cleaning products.

And if that won't run your physical and mental health down what else???? Oh, how about meds, water and outgassing from all the plastics in your bed/furniture/carpet/car ??

Don't they just love us? All in the name of greed and lets kill you off after your peak health because you are no longer worth as much as a young person. And please pay them back some more by going to the doctor and hospitals to figure out what's wrong with you.

Simple sigh.....taking off my perfectly starched apron, adjusting my perfectly coiffed hairdo and setting the perfectly shaped batch of perfect cookies on the perfectly clean stove..... :X

Had enough? Me too, yuck!

Needless to say, Gun, I have had an anger problem my whole life. I also have a maxxed out liver. Not from drinking, but from being exposed to too many chemicals in my life. Formaldehyde from carpet and woodwork, paint/varnish fumes and other 'new building' syndrome stuff along with other chemicals gathered along the way because like everyone else...if it was in the store, I thought SOMEONE was guaranteeing that it was safe. Because this is AMERICA and I believed it. Ah well.

Any way, if you do any researching, the liver is associated with anger. Bigtime. Most hormones have to be cleared by what? the liver. It is a well known fact that steroid use after a while will cause 'rages'. Hormones change the way your brain cells communicate (which translates to what you PERCEIVE others are or are not doing to you). On top of it, sorry, but you are a guy. This means you also have lots of testosterone, which by itself makes one on the 'dare me' side of life. Not a bad thing, just how it operates. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to fight and protect. The liver clears stuff out of the body, when everything clogs it up (soda, msg, chemical smells, chemical in foods, in your car, whatever) your body stays toxic and the excess circulates and causes all kinds of mischief. Clearing the liver is a long long pain in the butt road. (Read 'the liver cleansing diet' by Sandra Cabot if you really are interested).

You can make a large dent in your life by clearing out bad stuff in your environment, eating better, buying better quality food (organic if can) and buy most your food supply from the outside perimeter in the store and try to learn to cook from scratch. No microwave, or wean yourself off eventually. Nuked food is just that, nuked.

ADD? I have it too. I just don't have the ADHD, just the ADD

Walk a lot burns off some of that inner anger and gives you some time to think. WATCHING yourself think would be a very good activity. Kindof like observing from a distance what is going thru your head and why you dealt with it that way.

But one very important thing to know.....was that thought really yours? Another reason to watch what you are thinking before you react to things. What many people don't realize is that being on medication can open your aura (and I think that is another dirty trick by design. Pharmaceuticals were started by who? the eugenics lovers themselves...). When that happens negs can influence your thinking and your health. Negative thoughts can do similar things to your aura, letting things in. Also more than a little alcohol (sorry!) It is a good thing you can know about this now. You have time to improve and benefit from all this. The older you get, the harder it is to get all the benefits because you get so run down.

And if you think about it, aren't these all the things that are shoved in our face as things to want, to do, to have, to eat?

It was designed this way for a reason. Games promoting violence as the socially acceptable norm, commercials promoting prescriptions as normal to fix anything wrong with you and hey, eat this, you will look groovy eating it! Does any other country need viagra for middle aged men? I think not! Makes you wonder, cause men in other places aren't as unhealthy as in the U.S.

Oh, and I forgot the nanorobotic stuff they are starting to put into food and genetically modified foods.... ok, I'll shut up.

The goal is to ruin YOU, ME, ALL of us. After the main productivity cycle of life they are no longer interested in you because you can't work as hard, as long, as cheap and as unexperienced (so you don't recognize what they are doing) as you will in your young years. They don't want to pay on your retirement, nor on any insurance for you or your kids. They don't want to hear what rules they are breaking or what they can or can't get away with.

How I have dealt with ADD is either to do something physically exerting, or something so interesting I get mentally absorbed. If I am bored and at work, I make myself hyperfocus so I don't get distracted. I stop and BREATHE SLOWLY, this centers me and reminds me I gotta take it one step at a time. Look out the window at nature or go outside for a break.

One thing I do know. I don't have the same energy as a normal every day person. I can probably take 2000mg of guarana and then I would feel like a regular person. But you max out the adrenals by doing that or caffiene. Gee it feels so good, but you crash so hard.

Enjoy your strength while you have it cause in 10 years or so, it will go down along with your hormone levels. When your hormone levels go down, you will be able to control your anger better then. Why do you think diplomats are usually older men? But you don't need to wait, you can have your cake and eat it too right now. Love and take care of yourself. Everyone is special. You are here for a reason. Guess I better quit blogging...

If you have never really read about ADHD for adults, you might want to try a book 'You Mean I'm Not Crazy, Stupid or Lazy?" by Kate Kelly, it may be at the library. Another is one affectionately called Old Yeller, but they have now changed the cover and I can't tell which book it is, but maybe it is "Driven to Distraction" by Dr. Edward Hallowell. He has several out, but it is written for parents and adults.

The first book is written more in everyday language, the second leans more to physiological, but I learned from both.

My personal opinion is that those with ADD or ADHD brains have nervous systems more sensitive to the environment, perhaps a lower threshhold to all the stuff around you (physical/emotional/spiritual). When I am around arty people, I feel artish; when around scientific people, I feel scientific, etc. It may have been because of my dysfunctional upbringing, I don't know. Lack of boundaries, empathic, I had to learn what a boundary was! Nobody ever told me before. How can you know something you never learned? You can be in a room of people and if someone is a jerkoff, pick up his crap and take it home with you inside. That is why I say, watch your own thoughts, is it yours? You may absorb other's energy for your own. Bleh! I went around like this for decades and it has ruined my life. Needless to say, I don't like malls or large groups of people to this day. Malls/stores because all the 'stuff' hits me in the face and I go on sensory overload (but that's what happens to me, you may not be that way) and I get overwhelmed by it all and go into what my partner calls 'time warp' in order to deal with it all. I can be someplace for 3 hours and think it is 15 minutes looking at a box of something. I took meds at first, but then realized they were making me into something I wasn't. A 'not me' person. I chose to be me, warts and all. Many of those meds have flouride compounds -- hello to effing up your pineal/pituitary! That is why I don't do meds of any kind, even sinus or headaches. All of it is designed to dumb down the human body, make you less able or less wanting to be a kind, spiritual human being that we ALL are. Gotta go to work...
