No Cowboy Bebop: Knockin on Heaven's Door? Aww, I'm disappointed.

I pretty much like everything listed though. I'd add anything by Studio Ghibli and anything by Satoshi Kon (Tokyo Godfathers, Millenium Actress, Paprika). I also liked Metropolis. Highly underrated IMO.

I never knew there was a Trigun movie...

yea me too i came across a trailer on youtube

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3N8Lrz8F_w

The film is titled Trigun: Badlands Rumble and will open in theaters in Japan on April 24, 2010. A teaser trailer has been released for streaming. The film was shown to an American audience first at the Sakura-Con 2010 in Seattle, Washington on Friday, April 2nd, 2010 at 5:00 PM, and the director held a 15-minute Q&A session before the movie, explaining the reasons it was not dubbed, subbed, and why it was premiered first at the convention, also explaining the new characters. The movie will be shown again on Saturday and Sunday according to the schedule.

got this from wiki :)

Lots of good stuff on your lists, but my all-time favorite is Porco Rosso. Another amazing Miyazaki film is Castle in the Sky, if you're in the mood for old-fashioned adventure.

End of Evangelion is another one that astonishes me everytime I watch it, but you can't really jump into that film without seeing the series leading up to it.

Now when the heck will we get a subtitled release of Summer Wars???

Just got my Ghost In The Shell 2.0 Blu through. Was gonna watch it last night but was too tired. :(

The blu contains the original movie in SD so I think I'm gonna watch this first to experience the movie as it was meant to be seen. :)
