Definitely an official card maker... Trust me, I am...

A question was asked.
And an answer was given.
(Yes I was confused too, but after a bit more conversation he told me that he meant the On/Off-Topic section so don't worry I'm not putting this in the wrong place.) If you think I'm lying then feel free to ask Sigma yourself. But unless his thoughts on the matter change we are open for business. So, obviously the primary purpose of this is to take the cards I have designed and posted on THIS thread out for a spin. Rules:
These are cards that come from my card topic that will not be available to anyone unless they defeat somebody using them in battle. Until somebody does, I will be the only person to have access to these cards.
This section chronicles the battles that have been fought in this "metagame", just to make each easier to find. DarkGricer VS Apatosaurus (Page 1-Page 1) Trials: Trails are battles similar to what you've seen in ZD's Duel Diner. They involve fighting an NPC to more easily gain access to a card. Oceans of Therion: ![]() Cards unlocked: Hydrotherosaurus, Terminonatator Description: Fight against Hydro to obtain some of the more powerful sea monsters. The crashing waves of the ocean will wipe away the weak. Only the strong will pass. Difficulty: Medium Primary threats: Strong Water attributes Battle type: Prehistoric double battle Legacy of David: ![]() Cards unlocked: Titanophoneus Description: Fight against Dynamo to obtain a powerful giant slayer. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Difficulty: Easy Primary threats: Frail yet dangerous cards. Battle type: Mixed single battle Genetic Juggernaut: ![]() Cards unlocked: Megacastrum Description: Fight against Janice 2.0 to obtain one of Genome Incorporated's biggest powerhouses. Raw power will not save you. Difficulty: Hard Primary threats: Strong Genome Incorporated cards Battle type: Single Genome Incorporated battle |

... Right... This is what happens when you have 2 significant things that are both called the CCC! ![]() Either way I feel like this would still work better as its own two threads. |

Added a couple of "trials". These trials are a way of testing one's skill as a battler, allowing them to unlock otherwise restricted cards. |

I'm a bit confused as to how/where we would post challenges or how/where battles would take place, based off of your original post. |

Challenges are posted in this very topic. Battles will take place in a specific topic that will be made as soon as a challenge here is finalised. |

So in these chalkenges, how would we know what cards are available to us? I mean, obviously we are primarily using cards that your desgining, but would we also be able to throw in a few of our own? And is it just a free for all, minus those few that you mentioned, or is there some sort of special/promotional "pack" that could be "purchased" somehow? Obviously not for real ST, but some way to kind of have an idea of what your opponent is packing other than , "It comes from DG's topic and Ty's picking all euryptids"? Another question, would stage cards count as move cards? Personally I feel like they should be separate, so you'd have to specify how many cards, move cards, and stage cards, but I wasn't certain. |

I believe that answers that. If not, allow me to clarify. You automatically have access to any cards you own (AKA: The ones that should be in your signature) plus any card that is on my topic and is not on the restricted card list. I would have done a thing where you have to get card packs with an unofficial currency, but I don't think I have quite enough cards to warrant that just yet. Maybe after a couple more batches.
Stage cards, for now at least, will count towards your move card total. Perhaps this will change once every attribute gets at least 1 Stage card. But for now, I don't think its warranted. |

Dang, I was looking forward to the randomness of a DG Limited Edition Pack. In any case, I'd be willing to battle anyone who's willing. 5 cards, I think 2 move cards, all straight from DG's topic. I'm thinking lower tier, maybe 100 HP or lower, but all of these can be changed. |

If no one else, I know I'd be down for that. Surprisingly, despite my usual battle style, I do enjoy using some lower tier cards.Prehistoric or mixed? Single or multi? |

Single just because it's so small, Prehistoric just because I'm not mentally prepared for the likes of Technosaurus or Seeker Swarm. |

Technosaurus is a prehistoric card. Either way, I was planning to propose a ban on one specific card anyway, so might as well ban Technosaurus as well. As for the other card I was gonna propose to ban, that would be Dryptosaurus, because it one-shots pretty much everything with 100 Hp or less, and also outspeeds it. Anyway, I'll go first, unless you'd prefer to go first. |

Since it's technically a robot....not so Prehistoric. But both of those bans are fine. You can go first. |

Technosaurus is a prehistoric animal. An archosaur, to be precise. The card I made simply took advantage of the fact that the "techno" part of its name can easily be misinterpreted as to meaning "ZOMG ROBOT DEINOSUR". (FYI, It's also not a dinosaur.) |

Not her fast question....I feel like Bone War would be a cheap shot in this battle, since the decks are so small and prehistoric. EDIT- I misread the card as saying that all . your opponents prehistoric creatures took 40 damage, not that they just all did. Still wouldn't mind avoiding it but it could be used very strategically, so its up to you. Other than that, I just need to narrow down my list of cards I want to use from 15 to 5, so.... |
