Welcome to Europeia!
So what the heck is Europeia anyways?

Can I join?

So, I came here representing another region? I do not want to become a citizen. Where should I go?

What offices are there for people to be elected into?

What is there for me to do in Europeia?

That answers most of my immediate questions. What if I have any more?

It's not always up to us how history plays out.

How can you apply to be in EBA?

A quick post here will do the trick. It is important to realize though that the EBA is no longer anything more than a list of names of people that would be willing to be the public defender for a person who does not wish to defend themselves but doesnt know anyone who would be willing to do it for them. So it does potentially require some knowledge of the Europeian legal system.

How should one gain experience to become a Justice? How can one become qualified and be considered for a Justice?

what is precedence? (for review)

I consider myself an idealist, mostly because realists are just pessimists who don't do anything.

Can you expand on that question? Do you mean precedent? Or precedence as in the order of ranks?

precedent, yes, as in supreme court precedence on similar issues

So we are talking about principles or rules established in a previous legal case that is either binding on or persuasive for a court. Good to know. Alright. Noted as a topic for discussion.
