Welcome to Europeia!
So what the heck is Europeia anyways?

Can I join?

So, I came here representing another region? I do not want to become a citizen. Where should I go?

What offices are there for people to be elected into?

What is there for me to do in Europeia?

That answers most of my immediate questions. What if I have any more?

I've decided to do battles of famous or at least those considered good leaders (I do want to bring in Cyrus the Great at some point). First up is Julius Caesar vs Augustus Caesar. Right now though... Augustus is taking it surprisingly...

I am not certain that the two should be compared. Octavian did plenty of amazing things, but he would be nowhere without Julius.

EMPEROR OF THAT PLACE OVER THERE, RULER OF THINGS AND PEOPLES, BREEZEBORN, MOTHER OF LIZARDS

I gotta go with Julius. Yes he was a patrician, so he had a leg up as well, but until his 30s he was basically Bruce Wayne without Batman. Party all night and screw the consequences. He had HUGE debts, no political connections, and the one thing he was actually known for was the fact that he slept with a bunch of peoples wives. Within a few short years he conquered Gaul, defeated a bunch of Pirates, got really rich, joined into a Triumvirate with Crassus and Pompeius, kicked Pompeius' ass and basically conquered Rome. Augustus had a huge leg up, as the adopted son of Julius Caesar and only had to go against the poor mans Pompeius, Marcus Antonius.

Deng Xiaoping was a very interesting fellow.
Deng Xiaoping could be the most important leader in the 20th century. Certainly the most important Asian leader. Although there are a ton of hugely influential Americans and Russian leaders as well...
