Done.
As a side note, shouldn't we rename one of the Departments of World Assembly Affairs? We have two... Perhaps the CA one could be changed to WA Drafting Headquarters or something? I could understand moving it to the WA subforum, but I like the idea of having the CA focus on all legislative drafting - both Euro and WA-related. Of course, the CA leadership may be changing in a week or two with the next set of elections, but perhaps that is something to discuss in the interim - in the Grand Hall or the CA itself ... or the WA ... or whatever.

If we change the name, it'd be the one in the CA. And I would want that to stay in the CA.

Seen as there was popular demand to remove references to the WA from the CA's charter, and I really see no reason why WA work should be tied to the CA, it might make sense to move the Department of WA Affairs in the CA to become a subforum of the actual Department of WA Affairs and rename it something like "Draft Proposals and Education." What does the new Delegate think?

I think this should be a topic deserving of more than a few posts in the Admin Task Thread, though.

This appears to be a global issue: as far as I can tell, no non-admin group can edit polls.
Do others have this problem?

I really don't have a preference either way. Whatever works for everyone else works for me. I think this should be a topic deserving of more than a few posts in the Admin Task Thread, though. I prefer that. The CA and WA's office should reach a decision on how to share forums and jurisdiction, and then the outcome can be posted here.

And then we'd have to add the Deputy Speaker to Legislative, and then the Vice Chancellors to that category...
